This private residence is located within the beautiful private gated beachfront community of Kingston Plantation. It is a 145-acre master planned community, nothing less than spectacular! Complete with 23-acres of freshwater lakes, surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds and above all only steps to the 1/2-mile of wide, white sandy beach.

During your stay, our guests will have access to multiple pools (one dedicated to the Brighton building, located outdoor at the complex along with a hot tub), and a Kingston Plantation Master Association pool, Windemere by the Sea.

Right next door is an Embassy Suites Resort, guests are more than welcome to enjoy Starbucks or the newly completed Black Drum Brewery. A short walk to the brewery with indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating welcomes you with many fire pits to grab a drink to relax, along with a large patio for your enjoyment. Indoor or outdoor whatever you enjoy, allows for a beautiful view of the ocean.

You DO have access to the Brighton pool and hot tub.

Beautiful property!

We had to leave early because of the hurricane but the time we were there was lovely. Very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We will definitely be staying again.

We really enjoyed being so close to the beach. The condo was very spacious and the kitchen had everything that we needed. So many balconies too! Very nice condo.

Perfect Beach Condo

This condo is equipped with everything you need for your getaway. Nicely furnished and spacious. And love being on first floor so don’t have to deal with elevators. We would stay here again!

We were visiting MB for spring training for HS Baseball. The condo was a great size for 7 people. Julie was great and allowed us to shift our vacation week by 1 day. We loved the condo and the location was perfect!

1st Class Place Plus

You could not ask for a better place or a better location! We were shocked by the size and the quality of everything about this unit. Not to mention it is oceanfront, easy access, walking distance to the new Brewery and covered parking! Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer and the weather warmer. Excellent outdoor furniture with large balcony. Property manager is awesome to work with!

Wonderful trip

We went down with two of our children and two of our grandchildren. We had a wonderful stay. The condo was easy to find, loved having a keyless entry. Great communication with the property manager. The balconies are wonderful to hang out on. The kitchen is fully stocked. A large closet of chairs, beach toys and games. The pictures doesn’t do the condo justice, it’s so much roomer and larger than we could imagine. I’m hard to please when it comes to mattresses but they were great. We had six in our party but it could definitely accommodate eight. We loved our stay and will definitely stay again!

Steps to the beach!

This place is WAY bigger than it looks on the photos! You'll get lost in here your first day (we did - LOL!). Because it's so big and constructed of concrete, you literally can't hear conversations happening in different rooms - it's AMAZINGLY quiet. Bedrooms are spacious, beds are next to new, and all furniture throughout is tasteful and of excellent quality! Comes with everything you need, right down to a handheld mixer in case you feel the urge to bake a cake. Keurig was a nice touch, provided beach towels too, and there's a beautiful, dark hardwood-looking tile throughout the common rooms. If you're going with more than one couple, you'll have to fight over the master bedroom with its super-cool, triple-head shower - overhead rain showerhead, handheld showerhead, and another showerhead on the wall (you can have fun switching between them all and the shower stall itself is plenty big enough for two!). Julie answered all our (silly) questions quickly and professionally. You're only one floor up, but still have a great view of the waves and Apache Pier. Being on the first floor (2nd really), also means you can skip waiting for an elevator and take the stairs if you're able-bodied (you can be on the beach within 3 minutes of walking out of the condo). This unit is closest to the stairs and exit, which makes it feel like you live right on the beach. But don't worry about noise from the staircase because no one else seems to use it. The parkade is right next door which has an emergency diesel generator built into it that started up for some reason a couple of times, but didn't last long (pretty minor issue; wouldn't stop us from staying here again). This is our favorite spot on the beach because you're close to a million restaurants, Kroger, and Walmart; but because the property is in Kingston Plantation (a private, gated vacation complex with guardhouse) you're far, far away from the hustle, bustle, and riffraff. You're several miles north of Myrtle Beach's infamous strip, but a few miles south of North Myrtle, so it's a quiet little community all to its own. This is a place for families or couples to get away without having to deal with rowdy crowds. Coming back as soon as we can!

Wonderful location and property!

The condo is absolutely beautiful- has everything you could need for your stay. I searched a few properties before confirming and feel like we def selected the best one! Great view of the beach, easy walk to the pool and beach (which helps with little ones) and the condo had enough space for our family of five and then some. Hope we can enjoy again soon- thank you for sharing your space with us!

Breath taking

Everything was wonderful about this place from the moment you open the front door. What we really appreciated was we noticed the air conditioning wasn't working right and the owner was aware and had it scheduled to be replaced during our stay.

Thanksgiving Bliss

My family and I have attempted for YEARS to plan to an away trip to Myrtle Beach for Thanksgiving. It was a dream come true to finally seize the opportunity and not be dissappointed with the attempt. We had an amazing experience in this BEAUTIFUL condo! We had no idea of how equipped it would be. We overpacked! There were enough pots and dishes to prepare our full traditional meal. The room was spacious! Oh my goodness!! Soooo spacious!!! The decorations and every detail made our hearts smile. We enjoyed each other company even the more because of the love poured into this space. It was perfect! P.S. We concurred that we had the BEST balcony furniture compared to any of our neighbors! Lol! Thank you Julie for your help in making this dream come true!❤

We spent three months in the Brighton 110. It was always bright with three spacious balconies and lots of sunshine. A generous kitchen and plenty of room for guests. Beautiful condo!

The condo is immaculate! Absolutely beautiful. The grounds could use a little tlc but that had nothing to do with this condo. Kingston Plantation seems to trim the hedges along the main routes but take a walk on the sidewalks between the buildings and you’ll not know you’re in the same resort!

Best vacation rental I have stayed in ever!

The property is updated and stocked with everything you need to have an excellent beach vacation. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. I am ordering a few sets of the towels for my own house.
