Very central location in the lovely older part of Douarnenez.

My daughters enjoyed their time staying in this area. The unit had everything needed especially a washer and dryer. They mostly used the main bathroom as the downstairs bath is a little steep and they like the shower head attached. All rooms are a good size and well furnished. We loved the family gatherings around the big table. Thank you Celine for your hospitality and communicating with us when our train was delayed.

Die hervorragende Bewertung ist ein Rätsel.Die Gegend ist ärmlich und etwas runtergekommen, direkt gegenüber ein verfallenes Haus und Müllcontainer. Die Gentrifizierung steckt noch in den Anfängen.Mit den vielen Einbahnstraßen ist das Objekt schwer erreichbar, Parken auch schwierig Die Wohnung ist groß, die Küche gut eingerichtet. Eines der Bäder hat eine Badewanne, die nur über Stufen erreicbar wäre, das andere Bad winzig.Vieles ist sanierungsbedürftig. Ein Fenster, das man nicht öffnen soll, herausrängende Fensterdichtungen, Einfachverglasung im Wohnzimmer, verrosteter Balkontisch, teils uralte Möblierung. Die Betten sind gut.Wegen der schlechten Isolierung hört man nachts laute Besucher auf den Straßen sehr deutlich. Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen! Douarnenez ist kein Badeort, aber hat einen gewissen bunten alternativen Charme, der sich mit der Zeit erschließen kann.

Je suis désolée que vous n'ayez pas apprécié votre séjour à Douarnenez. Depuis 17 ans que je loue, c'est la première fois que j'ai une aussi mauvaise évaluation. Mon quartier n'est en effet pas une station balnéaire mais un port de pêche qui n'espère pas la gentrification. Oui la ville est vivante et on peut entendre les goélands ou les gens passer dans la rue pour descendre sur le port mais on est bien loin d'une rue trépidante de grande ville:) Certaines maisons sont malheureusement abandonnées du à des soucis de succession, j'en suis aussi désolée que vous mais je n'y suis pour rien. La collecte des déchets se fait par conteneurs collectifs mais ils sont ramassés tous les jours l'été. Les rues et ruelles sont en effet assez étroites, certains y voient un charme. Comme je vous l'ai indiqué c'est vrai que sur la 3e semaine d'aout un festival de cinéma se tient sur le parking central de la ville, ce qui rend le stationnement au plus près de l'appartement plus difficile que le reste de l'année. Cependant, tout est accessible à pied y compris des places de stationnement gratuit à quelques centaines de mètres. Enfin concernant l'appartement, je vous remercie pour les bons points soulignés. Les grandes chaleurs inhabituelles de l'été ont certes décollé les joints des fenêtres mais cela sera bien évidemment réparé cet hiver. Les fenêtres de la salle à manger (seules à être en simple vitrage) font partie intégrante de la façade classée et ne peuvent pas être modifiées facilement mais participent au charme de la pièce. Oui certains meubles sont anciens, il font partie du patrimoine breton que personnellement je trouve assez joli. Oui les salle de bains sont atypiques, comme le reste de l’appartement car adaptées à l'architecture historique du bâtiment. Je pense cependant qu'elles sont bien représentées sur les photos. Et pour la table du balcon, elle présente en effet certains points de rouille mais pour nous qui vivons au bord de la mer, cela n'est pas choquant. Je m'en excuse et je la changerai pour la saison prochaine. Bien cordialement, Céline

Escapade à douarnenez

Super séjour dans ce logement plein de charme au cœur du port du rosmeur. Baignade matin et soir ou sur un coup de tête. Chateau de sable à Porscad ou promenade sous les bois, peu importe la météo dz c est le top. Super accueil de notre hôte et de sa maman. À refaire

Die Wohnung ist super - auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden; die hübsche Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet. Toll ist die zentrale Lage, und dass alles zu Fuß in Kürze erreichbar ist. Die Vermieterin ist super nett, hilfsbereit und hat eine Menge Inforrmationen zur Region. Sehr emfehlenswert!

Magnifique à tout point de vue

Accueil et communication très sympathiques de la propriétaire. Bouquet de fleurs et petites intentions bretonnes à l'arrivée qui font toujours plaisir et donne le La pour un séjour dans un appartement tout confort, bien équipé et charmant avec une situation superbe à 2 pas du port de Rosmeur. Si l'on ajoute le tarif plus que raisonnable pour les prestations, que dire de plus qu'un grand merci et à bientôt sans doute.

Herrliche Ferien in Douarnenez

Eine großzügige und lichtdurchflutete Wohnung in der 1. Etage mit kleinem Balkon und Blick auf den alten Hafen. Im Erdgeschoss ein zusätzliches Zimmer mit Bad. Eigener Eingang. Insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Ein Parkplatz ist immer zu finden, meist direkt am Haus. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit! Wir haben einen entspannten und sonnigen Urlaub erlebt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The outside picture does not show what is inside, it is a big, spacious and light apartment. Nice little balcony with morning and evening sun. Views from the apartment over the harbor. Well equipped kitchen and big dining aria. Good mattresses on a really king size bed. Nice bars, cafe's and restaurants in the harbor and shops, art gallery's and market hall around the corner. Good place to stay in town and discover Brittany. ,

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hell. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgerüstet. Es macht Spaß zu kochen. Zum Hafen, zu den Geschäften wie Bäckerei, Markthalle, Fischgeschäfte und Lebensmittelladen sind es nur ein paar Minuten. Man benötigt zum Einkaufen kein Auto. Douarnenez ist ein gemütliches und nettes Städtchen mit einem interessanten Museum.
