Appartement parfait pour 2 personnes

Les échanges sont claires et rapides avec le proprietaire. Les informations d'arrivee, de depart et celles liees a l'appartement sont elles aussi claires et précises.Le logement est bien conforme à la description et l'emplacement est parfait : depart et retour ski aux pieds, superette dans la residence avec son bar et sa pizzeria, loueur de ski, machine pour le forfait, petit funiculaire pour descendre a la croisette.Je reviendrais assurement

Parfait

L'appartement est idealement situé ( pieds des pistes et ascenseur exterieur permettant de descendre a la croisette en 5min). Il est tres fonctionnel et dispose de tout le necessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Le balcon est un gros plus. Le proprietaire est tres réactif et la communication etait tres fluide :)

Charming and full of little touches. A few listing issues.

It was a pleasure staying in this charmingly decorated apartment. It is set up for ease of use, from the fantastic range of catering equipment to the unexciting but important cleaning equipment. I kept discovering catering gems as the week went by - an egg cooker here, baking tins there... The only minor weakness was a lack of really sharp knives and glass chopping boards, which posed a challenge when chopping hard vegetables. The balcony was a treat, with great views - just prepare that the sun goes behind La Masse quite early in winter. I have the following issues with the listing accuracy. WiFi is not included - a municipal paid service for one device at €10 per week is possible. Beware, this was unacceptably slow. Otherwise, you need to rely on 4g connection. This should be made clear in the listing. Bedding - linen is not provided. This was not stated until the pre-arrival pack which I got after leaving home. Also, the listing has pool, spa and washing machine listed as property amenities. These are all municipal public paid facilities and should therefore be reclassified in the listing.

Nous louons ce studio depuis plusieurs annĂ©es. La rĂ©sidence est idĂ©alement situĂ©e et pratique (grand parking, ensoleillĂ©e, au pied des pistes, galerie commerciale...). Le studio est extrĂȘmement bien amĂ©nagĂ© et chaleureux. TrĂšs fonctionnel, tout y est, on se sent comme Ă  la maison. La vue depuis le balcon est magnifique. Excellent sĂ©jour ! L’appartement est chaleureux et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, il ne manque absolument rien ! L’emplacement est idĂ©al, au pied des pistes, Ă  3 min Ă  pieds des galeries marchandes et du centre de la Croisette, et magasins de ski dans la rĂ©sidence ! Marc nous communique toutes les informations et bons plans pour la semaine. Nous recommandons de tout cƓur cet appartement et serions ravis d’y retourner !

J'ai passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans le studio. Celui-ci est trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ©, il ne manque absolument rien Ă  l'intĂ©rieur. On voit que tout a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ© rĂ©cemment, de plus la propretĂ© est irrĂ©prochable. On se sent trĂšs vite chez soit. Par ailleurs, la terrasse (et ses tables et chaises) permet de profiter de la vue magnifique sur la Croisette. Enfin, la communication s'est extrĂȘmement bien passĂ©e avec les propriĂ©taires qui m'ont indiquĂ© toutes les informations nĂ©cessaires avant mon voyage (accĂšs, parking, literie, bonnes adresses, etc.). Great view from the balcony

Very nice and comfortable apartment with everything you need when you are on ski resort. I really loved 20% discount for ski rent. And balcony is on the south side, so we enjoyed sun during the day and great view on the village during the night.
