Located at the top (altitude: 144m) of a hill overlooking the bay of scrubland Bandol, panoramic view of the Mediterranean. The building is built on a hillside, and the apartment is on the top floor, it can be accessed from the rear, so the top, with the possibility to park the car (photo 14) are: we do there are only six steps down to the garden to reach the front door of the apartment. Note the dimensions of the bed: 160x200 for parental bed and bunk beds 90x190 for the couch. All windows have electric shutters. Livebox available for wireless internet + TV flat screen 26 inches. South facing terrace completely isolated from the neighborhood, which can be protected by an awning. Housekeeping possible departure for a fee of ? 40. Un appartement parfaitement bien équipé , une vue sur la mer superbe et imprenable ,excellente literie, environnement très calme, grande piscine , exactement ce qu'il nous fallait pour une semaine de repos! splendide vue panoramique sur Bandol

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances ! Le logement est spacieux, confortable et tout équipé. Nous avons pu passer un séjour ressourçant au calme : ce que nous recherchions. A savoir : situé sur les hauteurs, le logement est éloigné des attractions; la voiture est nécessaire et se garer dans Bandol en pleine saison peut s'avérer très difficile. Nous avons toujours réussi à stationner à mi-parcours près de la gare et quant à la plage, tôt le matin.

Super séjour à Bandol

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans ce bel appartement bien équipé, calme avec une très belle vue mer et port. Voiture indispensable pour tout déplacement mais pas de difficultés pour stationner près de l'appartement. Nous recommandons ce logement.

appartement de rêve!

il s'agit vraiment d'un appartement de rêve: la vue est magnifique (180° sur la baie de Bandol) et la décoration est harmonieuse et de très bon goût. La literie est bonne. Bref, tout est parfait MAIS nous avons joué de malchance : le moteur de la marquise était en panne et n'a pu être réparé que le jeudi; il était donc impossible pendant 4 jours d'utiliser la terrasse le midi. La télé s'éteignait au bout de 30 à 40 mn.... elle n'a été réparé que le vendredi. Le lavabo était bouché puis ce fut la douche et enfin la chasse d'eau fuyait et il fallait "bidouiller" (parfois longtemps) pour arriver à arrêter l'eau... Ce sont des petits détails qui gâchent un peu le séjour même si on se calme rapidement en admirant la vue (sauf quand la télé lâche pendant le film ou pire pendant un match de foot !).

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit herrlichem Ausblick

Die geräumige und sehr gut aufgeteilte Wohnung liegt oberhalb von Bandol in einer ruhigen und gepflegten Anlage mit einem wunderschönen Swimming-Pool. Die Wohnung selbst ist perfekt ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sie verfügt über eine große, nicht einsehbare Terrasse, die einen wundervollen Blick über die Küste und das Meer bietet. Die Schlüssel-/Wohnungsübergabe war durch den sympathischen Vermieter, der (per E-Mail- / WhatsApp) jederzeit erreichbar war, zuverlässig und kompetent organisiert. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Description de l appartement conforme en tous points et décoré avec soin , nous avons passé 15 jours exceptionnels , Le gite est situé en haut d une résidence surplombant tout BANDOL , vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de Bandol au lever comme au coucher , l appartement est spacieux est avec ouvertures de parts et d autres , laissant passer les courants d air, donc ne nécessitant pas de climatisation... Le propriétaire a mis à dispo tout le conforme nécessaire ( voire plus…) , on regrette juste peut être un petit barbecue ( Gaz ou électrique) sur la terrasse qui aurait été sympa … mais bon ce n est qu' un detail….. l appartement est situé dans un cul de sac , en sommet de la résidence donc pas de passage et très calme…. Bref , je ne vais pas trop développer de peur de donner aux autres un trop bon filon ,, et regrette juste de ne pas pouvoir y ajouter une sixième étoile….. AG

Apartment in traumhafter Lage

Das Apartment ist geräumig mit großer Terrasse und traumhaften Blick über Bandol. Die Ausstattung läßt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist angenehm, dass sich die Glasfront vor dem Schlafzimmer komplett öffnen lässt. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, der große Kühlschrank ist sehr praktisch. Da das Objekt wirklich über Bandol liegt ist ein PKW auf jedenfall erforderlich. Alles nötige ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir haben den Pool in der Anlage ausgiebig genutzt, er liegt traumhaft und hat eine optimale Größe (Länge ca. 20m). Am Pool gibt es ausreichend Liegeflächen für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Eine Klimaanlage ist leider nicht vorhanden, es lassen sich jedoch in der gesamten Front die Schiebefenster öffnen, was für eine gute Belüftung sorgt.

Tout était parfait...

Nous avions réservé assez tôt ce magnifique appartement avec vue panoramique de la baie de Bandol depuis la terrasse et même de notre lit !!! Une seule envie est de pouvoir y revenir l'année prochaine pour retrouver les Katikias et l'accueil très sympa à notre arrivée .

Excellent séjour à Bandol. Bel appartement avec une vue grandiose. Très bonne literie et agréable terrasse. Belle région un peu calme en cette période (pas trop d'animations) mais très circulable. Un vrai bonheur

Nous avons retrouvé toujours avec le même plaisir notre location à Bandol pour la quatrième fois. Quelle joie de profiter chaque matin au réveil de cette splendide vue sur la mer et les îles et toujours sous le soleil. Nos 6 semaines de séjour ont passé bien vite et nous espérons vivement pouvoir revenir l'an prochain dans ce petit paradis.

Cure de soleil en janvier

La vue imparable à 180°, le calme et le silence, le très bon équipement de la cuisine, l'accueil souple et efficace... tout cela s'est amplement confirmé. Mais quelque chose qui n'était pas dit dans l'annonce ni dans les commentaires des internautes a été une divine surprise : en hiver, le soleil bas sur l'horizon pénètre à flots dans la chambre et, porte fenêtre grande ouverte, nous a permis chaque jour des bains de soleil intégraux de 11h30 à plus de 15 heures ! Or il n'y a rien de plus régénérant que le soleil d'hiver, quand partout ailleurs règne la grisaille... sans pour autant prendre l'avion ni aller sous les tropiques ! Voilà donc un point fort supplémentaire pour cet appartement. À recommander sans hésitation !

Excellent séjour à Bandol

Nous venons de passer 4 semaines à Bandol dans ce très agréable appartement. C'est notre troisième séjour et nous espérons que cela ne sera pas le dernier. Appartement spacieux,fonctionnel,très bien équipé , excellents rapports avec les propriétaires qui sont charmants et très corrects. Bref,l'assurance de vacances réussies.
