- Merci de respecter le voisinage, pas de bruit surtout la nuit. Pas de check-in après 21h car porte d'entrée de l'immeuble fermée à clé.
- Tout déplacement du propriétaire demandé par le locataire sera facturé 50€ par exemple oubli des clés à l'intérieur de l'appartement
- La mise à disposition du linge de maison est en option payante. 10€ par personne pour les draps, serviettes, tapis de bain, torchons cuisine.

The ready-to-live-in furnished apartment "LN" is located in rue de la Première-Armée, 300 m from the Cathedral, 5 minutes walk from Place Kléber (Strasbourg central square), 100 m from the banks from the Ill river and 400 m from the old typical district of Petite-France with its canals, cobbled streets and magnificent half-timbered houses.
Ideally located with immediate proximity, supermarket, baker, pastry chef, Alsatian museum, pharmacy, restaurants ...
PARKING - You have several possibilities within 100 m of the LN:
- Public parking "Porte de l'hôpital", paying parking meter only from 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays, otherwise it's free.
- Private car park "Austerlitz" or secure car park "Saint Nicolas" with caretaker open 24 hours a day every day.
All shops and evening outings easily accessible on foot:
Restaurants, terraces, cinemas, tourist activities in Little France, cathedral, waterfront walks, panoramic Ponts-Couvert terraces, boat trips around the Old Town through the locks or on the Rhine, Opera, theaters , etc.
Direct bus and tram for all directions at 50 m.
Bus station and SNCF quickly accessible (4 tram stations from the apartment)
