About this property

100 meter from the sea, nice apartment in centre of Alghero with terrace

Apartment entirely renovated in May 2022, with one bedroom, 1 bathroom with large shower, a nice and large livingroom with kitchen and sofa area and a nice terrace ideal to relax or eat outside (no barbecue)
The apartment is suitable for 2 to max 4 persons (2 persons in the main bedroom and 2 persons in the livingroom).

(Please in case of 2 couples, just note that the bathroom is accessible only through the bedroom)

This property does NOT have any swimming pool! A nice hotel nearby (600 meters distance) allow to use of the hotel's pool with sea view by buying snacks or by paying an entrance fee. (Entrance is free by consuming in the restaurant of the Hotel)

The apartment is located on the first floor of a recently renovated building with 2 floors, has no lift, and is located in a central area considered the best in town. Just 80 meter from the sea and the sea promenade and sea boulevard, with the nearest rocky beach just 100 meter away. The old town is located just 400 meters away or 5 minutes walking.

The lovely rocky beach closeby ("beach of the Riservato") has a wonderful blue cristal clear color, and the beach is equipped with rental of sunbeds with toilette and a beach kiosk for snacks and drinks. It is a lovely place, especially during sunset happening in front of the beach.

200 meter away a free little sandy and rocky beach is present.

At just 100 meter there is also the stop for the Beach Bus which brings to all the 15 beaches of Alghero.

Supermarket, bakery, pizzeria and or restaurants , pharmacy, park with tennis courts, are all within few hundreds meters.
Hotel nearby allows external guests to use the swimming pool by buying entrance fee or buy buying drinks or snacks.

If you have a car, you can find free parking place in the same street or in the streets nearby

The apartment was exactly as described. The communication with Gabri and Terry was excellent and they were always very responsive. The apartment was modern and fully furnished and only 5 minute walk to the nearest beach with bars and restaurants a similar distance. We would definately return in the future. Wonderful stay

We have enjoyed the apartment for a whole month and we were delighted with our stay. The place is cozy. The location is perfect; it is walking distance to restaurants, historical center, lungomare. The hosts were absolutely lovely, responsive, gave great recommendations and made sure that our stay was comfortable at all time.

Perfect VRBO within walking distance to allghero

Lovely property as described. Lots to do by foot in the area. The property was very clean and comfortable. The best part of this was how kind and attentive Mrs Terry was as a host. We will never forget how welcomed she made us feel!

Hidden treasure

The apartment was lovely more than we could have hoped for everything you could require was there. All information was available in regards to the area restaurants, trips out etc a lovely gesture was a bottle of wine which we enjoyed on the lovely patio area. There was a supermarket within 5 min walk.we would most certainly recommend this apartment and look forward to staying again.

We had a fantastic stay. Gabri and her Mother Terry were both extremely helpful and ensured that we had everything that we needed. Info was provided about the best beaches, restaurants and activities in Alghero. Airport transfers were also arranged for us. The apartment was really clean and had fully equipped. Good size rooms and modern throughout. 10mins walk into the town and about ½ walk to the nearest large sandy beach. The beach bus was easy and took us to all the lovely beaches outside Alghero. Beautiful old town with many shops and bars and restaurants that catered for all ages and families. All in all a fantastic holiday!

Loved our stay

We stayed in Gabri's and Terry's apartment from May 5 to 12. Both Gabri and Terry were excellent hosts before and during our stay. They provided so much useful information that we basically followed their suggestions for the week. The apartment was exceptionally clean and recently renovated. The small terrace was a delight to use in the afternoon while enjoying a glass of wine. The apartment is just outside the walls of the old city and walking into the city was no more than 10 minutes. Their street basically took you into the middle of the old town. A large supermarket is just across the street and around the corner. The old city is pedestrianized so this apt is close enough but still allows you to park on the streets around the apartment or if it's available Terry has a private spot. Both Terry and Gabri were very responsive during our stay and ready to be if any assistance. Hope to stay there again on a future visit to beautiful Alghero! Vince

Toller Urlaub, tolle Wohnung, super Lage

Wir hatten eine tolle Urlaubswoche in Alghero. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sie ist zentral gelegen und man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt und an der Strandpromenade. Gabri und Terry sind tolle und nette Gastgeber. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein und Wasser. Vorab gab es auch schon eine Infomappe mit allen wesentlichen Infos über Alghero, die Strände und Restaurants in der Nähe und was man so in der Umgebung unternehmen kann. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden immer wieder kommen.

Een fijn, compleet appartement dichtbij het centrum met een geweldige host!

Wij verbleven hier ongeveer een week maar hadden zeker langer willen blijven! Het appartement was zeer schoon en goed en sfeervol ingericht. Echt niks ontbrak! Van genoeg servies en pannen, tot aan tupperware en genoeg opbergruimte / kasten voor kleding/spullen. Ook het zitje buiten was groot genoeg en perfect om nog een drankje of spelletje te doen in de avond. De airco werkte erg goed en de wasmachine prima! Het inchecken ging ook vlekkeloos en alles werd duidelijk uitgelegd aan ons. Indien je met de auto komt kan je altijd wel een gratis plekje in de buurt vinden. Met een wandeling van nog geen 10 minuten langs de boulevard ben je in het centrum waar genoeg restaurants en barretjes zijn. We hebben een heel aangenaam verblijf gehad en Gabriele was een super host. Wij raden dit appartement dan ook zeker aan!

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung in idealer Lage zu Altstadt und Uferpromenade

Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses in guter Lage zur Altstadt und zur herrlichen Uferpromenade. Es handelt sich um ein authentisches Wohngebiet, in der Umgebung gibt es kleine Läden (Bäcker, Gemüse, Coop, Café, Pizzeria und Restaurants). Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut und entspricht den Fotos. Alles ist sehr sauber. Die kleine Terrasse (mit Blick in den Innenhof) eignet sich gut zum gemütlichen Sitzen und Ausspannen. Ein Moskitonetz an der Schlafzimmertür würden wir gut finden (um bei offener Tür schlafen zu können). Ein Parkplatz auf der Straße ist schwer zu finden, aber mit etwas Geduld und Geschick findet sich immer eine Lücke. Die Kommunikation mit Gabri und Terry vor und während unseres Aufenthalts war hervorragend und Gabris ausführliche Tipps zu Unternehmungen rund um Alghero sind sehr hilfreich. Checkin und Checkout konnten individuell abgestimmt werden und waren gut organisiert.

Tutto perfetto!

Casa pulitissima, spaziosa e dotata di ogni cosa con ampio terrazzo arredato. A due passi dal centro e dal mare. Supermercato attraversata la strada. I proprietari sono stati accoglienti e molto gentili e disponibili per ogni necessità. Se dovessimo tornare da queste parti sceglieremmo sicuramente lo stesso appartamento.

Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht den Bildern. Die Räume sind gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Alles Wichtige in der Küche ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt zentral an der Altstadt, fußläufig ist alles gut zu erreichen. Ab Mai kann ohne Probleme in der Nähe direkt der Beach-Bus genutzt werden, um die Umgebung zu erkunden und auch ohne Autonutzung wandern zu gehen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hat beim Check-In alles gut erklärt, wir konnten die Uhrzeit der Ankunft flexibel halten. Es war ein wunderbarer, entspannter, kulturell reichhaltiger und mit Stränden und tollen Landschaften geprägter Aufenthalt. Wir können die Wohnung sehr weiterempfehlen. Franziska

Gute Ausgangslage für Fahrradtouren

Die Wohnung ist perfekt, hat alles was man braucht. Sie liegt zentral, man kann zu Fuss zum Einkaufen und in die Altstadt. Für Fahrradtouren ideal gelegen. Es gibt vieles in der näheren Umgebung zu entdecken. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen 😊.
