Perfect getaway!

This is such a gem of a property! We loved our stay, the house was exactly what we needed it to be, and the outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing, enjoying a fire while stargazing, and sipping morning coffee next the river. We’re already planning our next trip back there!

Beautiful Getaway

We could not have been more pleased with this property. It was clean, had comfy linens and pillows and offered a beautiful spot for our private getaway. We enjoyed our days by the water and nights on the deck watching the stars above our heads. I hope we will return one day.

Relaxing and enjoyable

We enjoyed our stay fully. The cottage is warm, sunny and inviting. I like all the windows. Enjoyed reading on the deck by the river with all the fall color, sipping coffee on the patio while the sun appeared on the cliffs above, and playing cards after dark at the kitchen table. Lots of great hikes up canyon.

A wonderful place to relax

We stayed for a week in mid-May. The river was running strong and a huge part of our enjoyment was sleeping with the windows open, listening to the river all night long. The cabin is very cute and comfortable. The back deck and the deck over the river, plus a small seating area at river level, gave us lots of choices for where to sit and read, gaze, meditate, do yoga, etc. We hope to go back again next year.

Beautiful Getaway

My sister, my husband, our dogs and I stayed here for two nights. I wish it had been more! The cottage was nestled beautifully next to the river and mountains. Our favorite place in the mornings and evenings was out on the deck next to the river. It was beautiful, peaceful and so fun to birdwatch! The cottage was very comfortable and we slept great in the comfy beds. Everything we needed was supplied, along with a nice smart tv, wifi, magazines, games, etc. The cottage was bigger than the photos on VRBO conveyed. Thank you for sharing this wonderful place!!

Great getaway spot

The view from the house was amazing. They have added so many great places outside to relax. There is a river right out back just pull up a chair and listen to birds and watch the sunrise and sunset. The house had everything we needed. Just be prepared- there really is no cell service.

We already knew this would be a great place, based on reviews and visits to the area. We were not disappointed and 100% enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views and beautiful house. Wonderful Stay

This was our first time traveling for the Thanksgiving Holiday. This cottage was the perfect choice. It was nice, comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. Being right next to the river was amazing! The Mountain View from the kitchen window and the backyard deck was incredible! We plan to stay again in the summer or fall.

This cabin was THE best place my husband and I have been to ever! The house is beautiful, clean and QUIET! Staying next to the river was an ultimate plus! We are hoping to come back again, and it was worth the drive from Florida!

Beautiful Piece of Heaven

This VRBO is magical. The outdoor space on this property is SPECTACULAR. Multiple patios and decks with plenty of shade and seating. Stunning views of the canyon walls match the delightful sounds and sights of the river babbling through the property. The cottage is cute with a simple charm. Jemez Springs is an artsy kickback community, beautiful and surprising to explore on foot. It's location in the Jemez Mnts offers many special and interesting day trips. Heads Up: when we return we'll come with the groceries we need - no store in JS and the small cute grocer 20 min drive north - may . . . have what you need? This place is definitely a Piece of Heaven in the Land of Enchantment Peggy A.
