La casa è semplice ma ben attrezzata, non molto grande ha comunque 6 posti letto con 2 camere matrimoniali. I 2 bagni sono un po’ particolari ma comunque ben utilizzabili. Il giardino con un bel tavolo esterno è molto bello alla sera per cenare. La zona è tranquilla con parcheggio , il centro di Marina di Pietrasanta e il mare sono raggiungibili anche a piedi in 10 minuti circa. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili.

Die Wohnung war in Ordnung und auch gut geputzt. Bis auf die Küche. Diese war sehr schmutzig und in einem schlechten Zustand. Die Spülmaschine auch funktionierte nicht richtig. Der kleine Garten war schön und gepflegt. Die Distanz zum Meer ist grösser als angegeben. Mindestens 1,3km zu Fuss. An dem freien Strand sind es sicher 2,5 eher 3 km.

"Nice house in a friendly...

"Nice house in a friendly and very quiet neighbourhood. There is a nice little garden with sun and shade, just as you like. Marina di Pietrasanta is a leisurely 15 minutes stroll away. The owner was very friendly. Definitely would return here. We had a very nice time. Recommended !"

"Net Italiaans ingericht ...

"Net Italiaans ingericht huisje, privé eigendommen van bewoner aanwezig. Huis is gelegen in een rijtje, dus vrij gehorig. Omgeving is daar in tegen rustig omdat het huis in een doodlopende straat ligt, dus weinig overlast van verkeer. Goede gelegenheid om de auto te parkeren. Slaapkamers allen ruim voorzien van beddengoed en handdoeken. Je kunt gebruik maken van de wasmachine. Afval moet allemaal gescheiden worden, in de hiervoor bestaande bakken. Dit is in het begin even wennen maar je hebt het zo onder de knie. Verder zijn er binnen in het huis alle benodigdheden aanwezig, afwasmachine, airco, wasmachine, dvd spelen, machnetron, bbq..... Voor tuin met verhoogd terras en een achter tuin met een verhoogd terras, beide voorzien van een zonnenscherm. Voor en achterzijde op de eerste verdieping hebben een balkon. 4 fietsen aanwezig, deze zijn niet in optimale staat. 800 meter van strand, er is een klein openbaarstrand, de rest is allemaal te huur bij verschillende strandtentjes. Wij waren in de periode juni tussen de 12 en 30 euro kwijt voor een dag op het strand voor 5 personen. Hiervoor heb je ligbedden een parasoltent en je kunt gebruik maken van douches en toiletten. Centrum, klein maar erg gezellig en centrale ligging voor de plaatsen pisa, Florance en Lucca. Ook de badplaatsen Forte dei Marmi en Viareggio zijn op korte afstand. Cinque Terre is ook makkelijk te bereiken vanuit het treinstation in Pietra Santa. Kortom een goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Een net appartement zeker aan te raden."
