Welcome to Le Titan!
Villa located in La Polynésie, a 30-hectare private estate, very quiet and guarded, on the rocky coast, the most sought-after of the Presqu'île de Giens.
The villa is on the front line of the sea, with an exceptional panoramic view of the islands (Le Grand Ribaud, Porquerolles).
It features a large living room, 6 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. In addition to its exceptional location, the villa's charm lies in its typical Mediterranean architecture and authentic furnishings and decor. Numerous period Marine objects give each room a special charm.
A large 80m² terrace lets you take full advantage of the view and enjoy meals facing the sea.
A 50m² shaded patio (pines, olive trees) offers precious shelter when the sun beats down or the wind picks up.
Access to the sea via a private staircase 20m from the house, opening onto a cove that is seldom visited, even in the middle of August. A dream spot for snorkelling, spearfishing and paddle-boarding.
The "chemin des douaniers" (customs path) that passes in front of the terrace leads to several coves and small beaches in just a few minutes, offering exceptional panoramic views of the coast and islands. Port Auguier is 700m away, and the village of Giens 5 minutes by car.
The house has 3 parking spaces, a plancha and WiFi.
Possibility of reserving 1 hour per day free of charge the tennis court located 200m from the house.

Très belle semaine de vacances dans un lieu plein de charme
Les plus : vue magnifique, accès crique quasi privée, charme d’une belle et très grande maison ancienne, calme absolu, proximité port Auguier
Les moins : confort d’une maison ancienne peu entretenue (1WC pour 8 chambres, SdB obsolètes et bouchées,...) clairement écrit dans l’annonce, propreté approximative, linge toilette et draps non fournis.
Bref : idéal pour 16 jeunes !

Nous louons cette maison de famille en août depuis des années sans difficulté.
Certains locataires pour la 3° ou 4° fois.
Il semble bien qu'il existe de nombreuses familles pour lesquelles un seul WC dans une maison n'est pas un réel problème . Si l'on recherche des prestations d'hôtel de standing pour 14 personnes dans un environnement comparable , le tarif n'est pas le même mais le double et plus .
Pour le reste, la maison est normalement entretenue , les équipements régulièrement renouvelés et le ménage fait à fond entre deux locations (cf autre appréciation).

Super situation
Maison très bien située avec beaucoup de charme. Manque un peu de commodités : un seul WC pour 12 personnes et terrasse mal ombragée mais nous avons passé un super séjour. Merci à Sébastien pour son accueil.

Description de la location conforme au site et assez précise.
Maison très propre et entretenue.
Le propriétaire nous a envoyé plusieurs documents forts utiles et le monsieur qui nous a ouvert la maison a été très accueillant.
Très bon restaurant à Giens.
