The swimming pool is placed at disposal for your relax.
You can take relaxing walks, on horseback, or horse lessons (from 1 hour to full day), in the context of beautiful Lake Bolsena, 30 minutes from us.
Moreover it's possible practice trekking and mountain bike journeys, angling in nearby artificial lake, thermal cares in near thermal baths of Viterbo (our guest have a reduction in price).
Vico and Bolsena, nearby volcanic lakes, give the opportunity to practice all kinds of aquatic sports: (canoe, motorbike water, etc).

Uriges Domizil zum Erholen
Wir haben hier einen erlebnisreichen und erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Die Wohnungen in dem alten Bauernhaus sind urig und relativ einfach eingerichtet. Wir haben aber nichts vermisst. Besonders schön sind der gepflegte Pool und der Garten, von dem man bei klarer Luft bis zum Meer sehen kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Magnifica esperienza!
Fantastico casale del '600. Cortese e simpatico il proprietario. Immersi nella campagna a soli 3 km da Viterbo. Bellissimi giardino e piscina. Comoda posizione per visitare tutto il viterbese e la bassa Umbria. Lo caldeggio vivamente (però bisogna amare il genere "bucolico")

TRANQUILITE ET VISITES
Nous avons passé deux semaines dans une agréable maison de campagne. Logement parfait pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, frais même en plein été, equipement sommaire mais suffisant. Un cadre extérieur superbe avec piscine, une vue imprenable, transat et parasol. Le propriétaire est très attentif à vos demandes et très sympa. Outre Rome, de nombreuses visites sont à découvrir dans cette belle région. Belle plage à Tarquinia.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus und Garten
Altes Bauernhaus, einfach aber sehr geschmackvoll ausgebaut zum Ferienhaus mit mehreren Wohnungen. Der gut gepflegte Pool im Garten hat unsere Tochter zur Wasserratte werden lassen. Der Vermieter ist aufgeschlossen und sehr hilfbereit. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen ...

Très bon accueil du propriétaire, disponible et de bons conseils.
Petit logement, cuisine peu équipée 3 feux 1 frigo quelques ustensiles. Table et barbecue extérieur et belle piscine avec transat. Pelouse et arbres fruitiers.Possibilité de garer la voiture près du logement.Dans un environnement calme, près de la ville de Viterbo. chemin d'accès empierré.

Une maison agréable qui g...
Une maison agréable qui garde bien la fraicheur en été ! Une location propre et très bien entretenue ! Des propriétaires très accueillants, discrets et toujours à l'écoute pour donner des conseils . Un endroit pour se détendre ( côté parents ) tandis que les enfants jouent dans la piscine , d'où on a une vue superbe ! Une region magnifique , offrant de belles possibilités de promenades et de visites.

E' stata una settimana ve...
E' stata una settimana veramente piacevole. Il casale è molto bello, con una comoda piscina e un giardino ottimamente curato. L'appartamento è pulito, il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Il posto è un ottimo punto di partenza per numerose escursioni nella zona. Lo consigliamo sicuramente e magari ci torneremo

"die Unterkunft entsprach exakt unseren Vorstellungen - freundlicher Vermieter, der uns mit guten Insidertipps für Pizzeria/Trattoria versorgt hat.
Ausstattung o.k. neues Bad - sehr angenehm bei heißen Außentemperaturen in angenehm kühlen Räumen schlafen zu können, nachts sehr ruhig. Unsere Kinder haben das schöne Schwimmbad sehr genossen.
die Mahlzeiten fanden alle draußen an einem großen Tisch im Schatten eines Baumes statt.

"Alloggio rustico, attrez...
"Alloggio rustico, attrezzature base. Posto molto tranquillo, immerso nella natura ma allo stesso tempo Viterbo è raggiungibile con mezzi propri in pochi minuti. E'' un posto tranquillo e la piscina molto apprezzata. Ottima base per gite ai laghi, alle terme o ai bellissimi paesi dei dintorni."
