Near the bay of the Somme, Ault, a typical village with houses of the Belle Epoque era will surprise you with its charm and atmosphere. On one side are the cliffs and on the other miles of unspoilt beach, you can walk as far as Cayeux sur Mer and perhaps see the seals in the bay of the Somme, or the birds of the hâble d'Ault nature reserve.The apartment is in a house20of the Belle Epoque of the 1900s. Appartement super équipé bénéficiant d’une vue magnifique.Toutefois j’avertis les personnes âgées ou en difficulté de mobilité qu’ll faut gravir deux longs escaliers pour y parvenir ...Endroit très calme et propice pour le repos, pas trop loin de beaux sites à visiter.

Bonjour Patricia, Merci pour ce message et de rappeler comme on peut le lire dans l’annonce qu’il y a un escalier en colimaçon pour monter au deuxième étage. Effectivement à éviter pour ceux qui ont des difficultés pour les marches! D’ailleurs, il faut aussi se rappeler qu’à Ault ça monte et ça descend 😉

Nous avons passé 14 jours merveilleux à Ault et nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise dans l'appartement. Nous avons été enchantés par la vue et la lumière changeante chaque jour. La plage est à quelques pas seulement. À marée basse, les promenades le long de la plage sont magnifiques. La communication avec le propriétaire a été excellente. Nous adressons également nos sincères salutations à Mme Dupuis, très sympathique.Nous serions ravis de revenir.

Parfait

Bien accueillis, le logement est suffisamment équipé (lave-vaisselle, lave linge...), la vue est exceptionnelle depuis le coin salon et l'une des deux chambres.Nous avons bien profité de la plage à marée basse, sans devoir prendre notre véhicule. Nous avons séjourné une semaine sans difficulté pour se garer dans la rue. Le quartier très calme (on entend la mer et les mouettes). Cet endroit est très reposant.

Une belle semaine en Baie de Somme

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à découvrir la Baie de Somme : des falaises d'Ault à la Baie de Somme, de la pointe du Hourdel au parc du Marquenterre, de Mers les bains au Crotoy.... Et le soir dans notre gîte avec une superbe vue sur la mer et la vue des couchers de soleil : c'était super :
