We just rent one apartment, shown by the pictures; in this way our guests have complete privacy both for the garden & the terrace with Jacuzzi. Ideally located in the centre of Umbrian region. Within 15 minuts by car you can reach many interesting places like Assisi, Perugia, Todi, Montefalco, Todi...and many other small villages where to enjoy the tradions of architecture, religion, food, wine and craftsmanship.Our farmhouse, enjoys a wonderfull view over the river Tiber valley and over the rolling hills of Perugia. Our Jacuzzi, perfect to refresh during summer and relax, is set on the huge balcony where the view is breathtaking especially at sunset. Jacuzzi pool open from the beginning of June, till the end of September.
Big garden, deckchairs, barbecue, available for free. Riding and fishing place are very close.Many walking paths around.

Quiet place with wonderful panorama on a hill

We spent wonderful week there. The hosts are very welcome and ready to give you any help you need. The place is quiet and there is beautiful panorama from the taras. The house is comfortable, clean and cosy. The jacuzzi is also amazing thing on top of it. It's a good base for visiting many places in Umbria. It's possible to get from the house to provincionale road in 7 minutes.

Week stay in Canalicchio

We never got to meet Monia, as she was away, but her brother, Mauro, took excellent care of us. He met us at the bottom of the hill and escorted us to the house and showed us around. He responded immediately to texts and questions, and gave us wonderful recommendations (we loved touring the olive oil mill that he takes his family's olives to). The house is a family home, a simple farmhouse but clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The uncle lives next door but we rarely saw or heard him, and we loved the sense of privacy we had. The internet did go out on us mid week but that was no big deal as we had our own sources. The home is centrally located in Umbria, close to many popular places, and we loved coming back each night for a dip in the "hot/cold" tub and the amazing views. The sunsets were spectacular. It was a perfect spot for our family.

Très beau séjour dans une maison calme et agréable, non loin de jolis sites touristiques (Assise, Pérouse, Todi, Spolète, …), au milieu des oliviers ; un jacuzzi sur la terrasse très apprécié par fortes chaleurs ! Et vue splendide depuis cette même terrasse.

Posto fantastico

Casa immersa nel verde ma con la possibilità di raggiungere velocemente tutte le attrazzioni turistiche umbre. Ideale per chi vuole girare e poi tornare a rilassarsi nella quiete della natura. Monia inoltre e una padrona di casa attentissima ed amante della sua terra che ci ha fatto conoscere dei posti veramente splendidi e fuori dalle comuni rotte del turismo

Tra le colline umbre

La casa è spaziosa e non manca di nulla. Ottimo wifi, anche se intorno hai solo vallate e ulivi , direi ottimo posto per chi ama la tranquillità e il silenzio notturno.La Jacuzzi a fine giornata ti rilassa benissimo e un super grazie a Monia per avermi permesso di usarla fuori stagione . Deruta é a 5 km e tutte le altre città importanti ad un' ora circa (Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto Orvieto......)La consiglio di sicuro e se arrivate tardi, più su ad 1 km la locanda del colle per andare a cena ( telefonate).

So wünscht man sich seinen Urlaub in Italien

Es waren zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem schönen, gemütlichem Ferienhaus. Schon nach dem liebevollen Empfang und dem bereitgestellten Köstlichkeiten war nach der langen Anreise sofort das Urlaubsfeeling da. Die große Terrasse mit dem traumhaften 180° Rundblick in die Umbrische Landschaft, auf der man nicht nur Sonnenbaden und Speisen konnte, auch im Jacuzzi, den man besonders romantisch beim Sonnenuntergang oder unter dem Sternenhimmel genießen konnte, machte das Ferienerlebnis komplett. Nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter einschließlich der Versorgung mit Tomaten und Zucchini sowie frischen Kräutern und Wein und Olivenöl als Begrüßung 🤓. Whirlpool auf der Terrasse ist ein Traum 😎 und die Sonnenuntergänge lassen sich genießen. Toller Punkt um zu Ausflügen in Umbria (Assisi, Pale, Orvieto…) zu starten.

Natur pur

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr in diesem wunderschönen, alten Bauernhaus genossen. Es liegt mitten in der Natur, umgeben von Olivenhainen und einer wundervollen Aussicht. Der Standort ist gut gelegen um Tagesausflüge zu unternehmen. Die Eigentümerin ist äußerst freundlich. Wir wurden mit Wein, Olivenöl & Osterkuchen beschenkt. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, sogar Café, Gewürze, Öle & Handseifen waren vor Ort. Gut zu wissen: Im April war es noch ziemlich kalt im Haus, beim Heizen können somit zusätzlich Gaskosten entstehen. Wir können es absolut weiterempfehlen

Perfetto nella semplicità

Stare con la famiglia in una famiglia. Nella semplicità dove i valori sono quelli veri e le esigenze escono da quelle create dal consumismo, lì troverete il posto giusto. Tutto diviene più semplice perché tutto è più naturale, in un contesto agricolo splendido, con panorami che ti lasciano senza parole. Pulizia, cordialità e voglia di instaurare rapporti umani. Une location simple et bien située en pleine campagne loin de tous les bruits et à proximité de tous les plus beaux sites de Ombrie. La terrasse et le SPA sont un véritable lieu de détente avec une belle vue et de beaux coucher de soleil. Monia est très serviable et attentive à votre confort. Soggiorno di una settimana bellissimo! La casa è in una posizione perfetta per visitare l'Umbria. I proprietari sono stati davvero ospitali: gentili, premurosi e molto disponibili per qualsiasi nostra necessità. Noi abbiamo soggiornato con una coppia di amici e nostro figlio di 8 mesi, è stata una vacanza perfetta, i tramonti e le cene sul terrazzo ad ammirare le distese di ulivi e natura sono da cartolina!  Per non parlare del bagno nella vasca idromassaggio dopo una giornata di camminate in giro per splendidi borghi Umbri..rigenerante! Belle location dans les oliviers

Très belle location avec une superbe vue sur l’ombrie Depuis le jacuzzi. Très bon point de départ pour toutes les visites comme Perugia assise le lac de Trasimène les cascades des marmore arezzo etc.. je recommande cette location Monia et son frère sont très sympathiques et à l’écoute si besoin.

rundum schön

wir verbrachten in diesem haus eine sehr schöne zeit. die lage des hauses ist wunderbar. zwar mit einer kleinen anfahrt auf geteerten nebenstrassen aber es lohnt sich. tolle aussicht ins tal und zu den gegenüberliegenden bergen. Monia und Mauro waren immer da, wenn mal ein kleines Problem war. auf jeden fall empfehlenswert.

Wir waren zwei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Feriendomizil - auf der Suche nach Erholung, Ruhe und einer schönen Landschaft - und haben all das vorgefunden. Das Haus war genau so, wie die Bilder es gezeigt haben, mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und sehr sauber und mit richtig viel Platz. Wir sind liebevoll empfangen worden, haben von unseren Gastgebern einen Korb mit einheimischen Produkten geschenkt bekommen - sehr lecker, vor allem das Olivenöl ist einmalig. Das schönste Detail dieser Ferienwohnung ist die Terrasse mit eigenem Jacuzzi und einem atemberaubenden Ausblick in die Landschaft - wir haben jeden Morgen dort gefrühstückt und viele wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge erlebt - diese Momente waren einfach wunderschön! Das Wasser wurde regelmäßig kontrolliert und es war Genuß, im Jacuzzi die Ruhe zu genießen und uns von den Ausflügen in die schönen kleinen Orte der Umgebung zu erholen. Wir danken Monia und Mauro und ihrer Familie für die schöne Zeit dort und können die Ferienwohnung für Erholungsuchende nur empfehlen. Violet und Werner

Peaceful rural Umbria, spectacular views

A beautiful place, a spacious traditional farmhouse building with a fantastic raised patio with far reaching views from the hot tub over the olive groves to the rolling Umbrian hills. Mauro and Monia are friendly and were always easily contactable to offer local advice and help should we need it. A good base to explore local hilltop towns/villages and vineyards, Assisi, Montefalco, Todi and Bevagna amongst others. Very good pizzeria/restaurant - i morti di fame - at the bottom of the hill and restaurant - la locanda del colle - in walking distance up it. One of the most peaceful and beautiful places we've spent time. Oh, and a very friendly cat. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
