Casa 0landeza is a private mountain villa, nicely situated on a hillside with splendid views of the Carpathian Mountains.
The house has 5 double, en-suite bedrooms to host 8-12 people, a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, a relaxation room and spacious gardens and terraces to enjoy the fresh mountain air.
Please note that the rate depends of the number of people in your group.
If you book for a min of 6 - you will have 3 bedrooms at your disposal, for 7-8 people - 4 bedrooms and 9-10 people - 5 bedrooms.
Rental periods are possible from long weekends to several weeks. Have a dream holiday.

Great place to spend some quality time with friends and family

Great time, spacious home, everything is there as described, close to everything, super view of Mountains, we had a blast. I highly recommend it and for sure we will be back.

Relaxing in the mountains

Enjoyed our stay in the alpine retreat. Great place for walks and exploring the nearby city of Brasov and Bran from. Only tricky bit which isn't hosts fault is that the road leading up to the property takes a bit of navigating if you don't have a 4x4.

Wonderful place in the center of Transylvania!

This is a wonderful house, thought out to the smallest detail for the comfort of each of the guests, with a pleasant atmosphere and good aura, fabulous nature, especially when it’s snowing! Very very hospitable hosts! All attractions are close if you are by car - Dracula's Castle, the Castle of the Peles Kings, ski resorts and the city of Brasov itself is very fabulous! Thank you and we recommend it to everyone!!!

Amazing views of the Carpathians

The house was just as shown in the pictures and the views were stunning. Marcel was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us the entire house. He showed us how to work the appliances and where things were located. I loved this house.

Very spacious holiday home in the mountains

The house is very comfortable. There is a lot of space and the rooms with private bathroom are a real luxury. There are terraces and balconies around the house, and there is a fire pit for a barbecue. The contact person on site was very helpful and was always available.That was a plus. I can really recommend the house to discover Transylvania.

Great house in beautiful setting

The house was very clean. To sit in the living room with the fire place in the evening was a great pleasure.The accommodation is perfect. To start hiking is possible near by the house. The 7 stairs canyon is spectacularly. The caretaker of the house is a very kind man. We had a great holiday, thank you!

Wonderful place

Beautiful, modern and comfortable villa in Brasov suburb. What's exeptionally good: 1. Bathroom with shower in every of 5 rooms 2. Near a scenic forest, still short drive to Brasov 3. Very good communication with responsive manager We were 9 people and did not feel crowded. I highly recommend the place. But you should be aware of 2 facts. The acsees to the will, last 200 meters is by an unpaved and rather narrow road. There are a lot of stairs, may be not suitable for a family with toddlers.

Superb house in the mountains near Brașov

This is a superb house, clean, spacious and modernly furnished. Close to the stores and restaurants of Brașov, and also to great hiking opportunities. The admin, Mr. Marcel, is a great help one phone call away. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location with great amenities

My family had a great time in this chalet. Only a 10 min walk from Seven Stairs trail, short drive from Brasov Historical center, grocery stores and other forms of entertainment. Everything you need is at your disposal in, the staff is extremely welcoming and available 24/7 if you have any questions or need assistance. Most definitely will be coming back!

Incredible location

The house is beautifully situated only 15-20 mins from the old town and yet you can hike the Carpathians straight from the front door. The house is has very good facilities, plenty of rooms and stunning views. It is at the end of an unpaved road so be aware if hiring cars and I would have preferred comfy chairs and maybe an umbrella to sit out on the main terrace and enjoy the views of an afternoon but that's a pretty minor point. You can access every kind of walk from a gentle stroll through the woods all the way to climbing the Seven Ladders Canyon and some long hikes in the mountains without even getting in your car. Equally you can get to a huge supermarket in 10 mins and all the sights, bars and restaurants of Brasov in 15-20 mins. Overall, I'd definitely recommend it as a base for the area.

Un séjour magnifique

"Casa Olandeza" est une des destinations préférées de moi et mes amis - la location est fantastique, en retrait mais en meme temps si proche de la ville de Brasov; la maison est vraiment belle, on se sent comme chez soi. On peut faire des longues promenades dans les forets sur des trajets touristique marquées ou bien simplement se reposer et profiter de toutes les facilités de la maison, bains de soleil sur la terrace inclus :)

Hemos pasado tres días estupendos en Semana Santa, 6 personas. La casa es fantástica, hizo sol y desayunar fuera viendo las montañas es increíble. Marcel y su mujer nos atendieron con mucha amabilidad. Brasov además es una cuidad con un centro maravilloso. Recomendable sin dudarlo.

"Very nice and very well equipped house in beautiful surroundings. The superb view from each of the room. A perfect location for a relaxing stay or hour’s rambles through the woods. And most of all friendly owner and caretaker, very helpful, understanding, caring and hospitable. A drive to the house is quite steep but you can leave your car safely at the bottom "
