Apartment 44m², at the foot of the slopes, magnificent view of the Tovière and the lake

The apartment is located in Tignes le lac in the 'le bec rouge' building. The 2 rooms, living room and bedroom, open onto a large south-facing balcony from where you can admire the lake, the Tovière slopes, Val claret, La Grande Motte, paragliding flights, torchlight descents. The apartment is very bright, sunny from the first rays and calm. It is on the 8th and last floor and there is little or no noise at all from the corridor because there are only 3 apartments per landing.
Arrival at the apartment on the first day and departure on the last day are made in the basement. The car arrives at the bottom of the elevator, it unloads in the shelter, which is very significant in bad weather.
During the stay the car is useless, everything is done on foot or with the free shuttle.

Excellent spacious apartment in perfect location

We loved this apartment. Much bigger than most previous ski apartment rentals. Great location with ski in, ski out and amazing views of the resort and the ski area/mountains. Excellent communications with the owner and concierge who sorted out anything we needed asap.

Lovely apartment

Tha apartment was very spacious and well equipped. It was very quiet on the 8th floor. Myself, my husband and our 19 yr old stayed. Towels , sheets, quilt covers and pollow cases need to be hired. You also have to pay for s WiFi box, but that was not a proble. I have to say, the snow conditions were superb.

Excellent accommodation

The flat has ample space in rhe lounge and bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a wonderful view towards the mountains. We had some teething troubles: we found the water stop taos inside cupboard holes in the kitcgen and bathroom; we worked out with the concierge’s help how to get the heating working. A welcone / explanatory leaflet would have helped. There is no Wifi. We were a little surprised to have to pay 65 for bed linen and towels.. but having settled in, it was great.

Très bel appartement, spacieux, bien meublé et équipé, au dernier étage (pas de pas au-dessus de la tête ;-), grand balcon et belle vue sur les montagnes, le lac et les pistes! Skis aux pieds! Le débarquement et l’embarquement de la voiture à l’abri face à l’ascenseur est un plus! Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour !

au pied des pistes

Appartement plein sud situé au pied des pistes avec grand balcon. cuisine bien aménagée Une grande chambre avec lit double et un salon avec un lit une place, par contre prévoyez du linge pour des lits doubles car il n'y a que des grandes couettes.

Apparemment très bien et l’emplacement (ski in ski out) directement sur les pistes de ski génial ! La vue du balcon de l’appartement est directement sur les pistes de ski et les montagnes ça c’est suberbe. Seul peutit bémol, pas de Wifi.

Excellent emplacement avec vue magnifique !!

Appartement fonctionnel au 8e etage d'une residence au pied des pistes, avec une vue magnifique sur le lac et le massif . Depart pieds aux skis prés de Palafour et Toviere. Équipements complets. Literie ok. Casier à skis. A noter tres proche du Lagon (payant) qui offre piscine avec toboggan, Hammam , sauna et jacuzzi. Idéal apres une bonne journée de ski. Prevoir de réserver parking à Indigo Lac 3.

Excellent séjour. Temps superbe toute la semaine. Neige parfaite dont les skieurs peuvent profiter jusqu'au pied du Bec Rouge. Appartement très agréable, lumineux, sans vis à vis autres que les sommets enneigés dont la Grande Motte. Silence intérieur grâce à une isolation efficace. Confort et équipement irréprochables. Beaux fauteuils aux tons chauds assortis aux doubles-rideaux. Merci aux propriétaires visiblement soucieux du bien-être de leurs locataires.

Appartement très agréable, parfaitement équipé et très propre, calme. A notre arrivée cadeau de bienvenue très sympa. Livres à disposition. Je vous conseille l'histoire de Tignes, et il y a des policiers et des romans historiques. La gardienne maintient le bâtiment dans un état parfait de propreté, elle est efficace et sympathique. M et Mme Sagnard sont disponibles, faciles à joindre, très arrangeants. Merci pour ce séjour !

Merci beaucoup aux propriétaires pour ce super séjour. L'appartement correspond exactement à la description. La vue est magnifique, la gardienne très gentille et serviable. Un cadeau de bien venue nous attendait. Super sympa. Appartement très pratique pour charger et décharger les bagages car on peut stationner dans le parking souterrain le temps de charger ces derniers. Et surtout, appartement très propre, ainsi que les draps. Un vrai bonheur. Monsieur Sagnard est très gentil, il répond aux mails, sms et téléphone. Il est vraiment disponible. On y retournera.

Très bel appartement, parfaitement situé, avec un vrai accès "skis aux pieds" et à proximité immédiate des commerces. Vue magnifique depuis le grand balcon, avec transat pour faire bronzette en profitant du paysage. Intérieur très agréable et très clair par tous les temps, grâce aux larges baies vitrées. Parfaitement équipé, absolument rien ne manque - même la lecture est fournie. Un grand merci aux propriétaires!

Appartement bien situé au pied des pistes. Belle vue sur le lac. C'est un appartement bien équipé, complet et propre. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Tout était parfait malgré les 27 heures de voyage pour atteindre Tignes !!! N'oublions pas la gardienne ! Serviable, aimable et qui entretient superbement bien l'immeuble. Adresse à garder.
