Perfect spot and helpful hosts

This really is a perfect spot just 2 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the shops and restaurants. The layout of the property is great with bedroom, kitchen and living room open to the terrace. A few issues when we arrived but these were sorted out by the responsive hosts.Carry is a great friendly place with great shops (and a market), good transport (buses and trains) and lovely walks. I'm trying to find a gap in my diary to go back!

Great flat with awesome view over the sea

The location of the flat is really stunning. There is a direct view over the Sea from the terasse. We sat there lots of evenings togehter and enjoyed the view! The check-in was very easy, we just called Adrien and he showed us everything. Everything was clean, the kitchen also has very good equipment to cook for many people. We did some trips to Marseille, that can be reached with the train easily from Carry le Rouet, about 40 min, but its mostly just going every 2hours. The harbour of Carry le Rouet is also nice to visit, we did a boat trip from there and ate in a nice asien fusion restaurant. The only annoying thing were the mosquitoes, they were everywhere, but glady we found some smoking spirals in the flat that helped a lot. I can only recommend this flat! Thanks very much Adrien and Muriel!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, zum Strand sind es zu Fuß 3 Minuten, zum Ortszentrum mit Hafen, allen GeschĂ€ften und vielen Restaurants braucht man zu Fuß 10 Minuten.Absolutes Highlight der Wohnung ist die große Terrasse mit Panoramablick ĂŒber das Meer. Viel schöner als dort kann man nicht sitzen.Das Wohnzimmer ist groß, hell und gut eingerichtet, haben wir aber wegen des schönen Wetters kaum benutzt. DIe KĂŒche ist vollstĂ€ndig mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen braucht. Schlafzimmer und BĂ€der sind eher einfach, aber funktional eingerichtet.Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und bei Problemen sogar sonntags kurzfristig erreichbar.

Schöne große Wohnung in super Lage

Eine großzĂŒgige Wohnung in super Lage. Wir haben jeden Tag aufs neue den Blick aufs Meer genießen können.GeschĂ€fte und Strand zu Fuß ereichbar. Keine Parkplatzprobleme und eine Ruhe zum entspannen. Manches ist in die Jahre gekommen aber es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ich wĂŒrde wieder in diese Wohnung kommen und wir haben hier zwei wunderbare Wochen verbracht. Auch die Kommunikation und der Check In waren ohne Probleme

En attendant la flamme olympique....

Adrien a rapidement fait des dĂ©marches afin de pallier Ă  la situation et a finalement fait lui mĂȘme le mĂ©nage; de plus il a pris l’initiative de nous rembourser les frais dĂ©boursĂ©s pour le nettoyage (merci) L’appartement est bien Ă©quipĂ© et fonctionnel pour une grande famille. La vue de la terrasse est exceptionnelle et la plage facile d’accĂšs! Nous croyons que les chambres ont besoin d’un bon « rafraĂźchissement >> et d’un mĂ©nage en profondeur

Ich kann mich den Vorrednern nur anschließen. Es ist wirklich eine schöne, großzĂŒgige Wohnung mit sensationellem Meerblick und allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Eine kleine Anmerkung: die Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer ist nicht gut geeignet fĂŒr lĂ€ngere dunkle Herbst- oder Winterabende.

Die Wohnug liegt wunderschön mi tollem Blick. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man direkt am Strand und auch sehr schnell in der Stadt. Leider hatten wir bei der Ankunft nicht die richtige Telefonnummer, aber das hatte sich dann nach RĂŒcksprache mit der Vermieterin innerhalb einer Minute geklĂ€rt. Ein bisschen sauberer hĂ€tte es sein können, daher gibt es hier etwas Abzug. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolle 14 Tage am Meer

Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach traumhaft. Blick auf Meer und Pinienwald, kleine Strandbucht in 200m Entfernung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fusslĂ€ufig, was will man mehr? Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist nicht neu aber gut in Schuss und absolut ausreichend. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt!

AmÚre déception!!!

Points positifs: Emplacement magnifique. Points moins positifs: -Infestation par les fourmis, dans tout le logement, qui venaient nous piquer dans les lits la nuit. -prĂ©sence de punaises de lit (nos 2 jeunes garçons ont Ă©tĂ©s piquĂ©s sur tout le corps) -MĂ©nage laissant Ă  dĂ©sirer Ă  notre arrivĂ©e (prĂ©sence de toiles d’araignĂ©es). -Prise Ă©lectriques murales DANGEREUSES dĂ» au fait que certaines Ă©taient mal fixĂ©es au mur ce qui causĂ© un choc Ă©lectrique a une de nos jeune fille qui essayait de brancher son chargeur de iPad. Ceci a d’ailleurs causĂ© un dĂ©clenchement d’un disjoncteur de circuit qui nous a privĂ© d’électricitĂ© lors de la derniĂšre journĂ©e de notre sĂ©jour. Un seul ventilateur bringuebalant pour ventiler les quatre chambres lors des nuits de canicule. -Absence de moustiquaires  pour garder les fenĂȘtres des chambres ouvertes la nuit pour Ă©viter les pictures d’insectes. -Escalier de la terrasse non conforme et DANGEREUX. (Pas de main courante, derniĂšre marche surdimensionnĂ©e plus de 40 cm). -Parasol de terrasse brisĂ© et inutilisable. -Barbecue au butane non fonctionnel. -Barbecue Ă  plaque en panne de butane au bout de 2 utilisations (bonbonne remplacĂ©e le lendemain). - Couvercle de puisard brisĂ© devant la porte d’entrĂ©e qui a cĂ©dĂ© plusieurs fois durant le sĂ©jour.DANGEREUX - Jardinet nĂ©gligĂ© avec des objets Ă©pars aux abords des chambres. -Stationnement des visiteurs toujours complet et difficultĂ©s pour trouver de la place. -Surface du comptoir de cuisine gluante. -Panne d’alimentation en eau potable pendant 2 journĂ©es, donc pas de douches, pas de toilettes, pas d’eau de cuisson pour les repas. Suggestions du gestionnaires... prendre des douches aux douches de plage!!!!, remplir des seaux d’eau prĂšs du portail d’entrĂ©e du complexe!!!! -La salle de bain principale doit dater des annĂ©es 80 et est surannĂ©e (selon les dires de monsieur Houget) absence de photos des salles de bain sur la fiche technique du logement!!! La propretĂ© gĂ©nĂ©rale Ă©tait douteuse. Je pense que cette liste n’est pas exhaustive et que d’autres Ă©lĂ©ments pourraient certainement y ĂȘtre ajoutĂ©s.

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen

Die Aussicht von der Terrasse war fantastisch und wir konnten wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern und deren Partner die ganze Zeit draußen „leben“ und das Mittelmeer vor Augen genießen samt dem Blick nach Marseille. Ansonsten war die Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was man fĂŒr die Urlaubstage braucht und die wichtigsten GeschĂ€fte und der Markt und vor allem der Strand in der Naturschutzbucht war fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar! Die Anlage, in der sich die Wohnung befindet, war Ă€ußerst ruhig. Die Absprachen und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern bzw. die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe bei Anreise und Abreise war völlig unkompliziert und reibungslos. Wir behalten das Appartement im Hinterkopf und können uns durchaus vorstellen, noch einmal dort hinzureisen, wenn es uns nach Ruhe und Enspannung und „Savoir-vivre“ ist!

Refugium im Pinienhain

Das Appartement liegt herrlich, auf einer Klippe, mitten im Pinienhain. Von der Terrasse fĂŒhrt ein kleiner Pfad in 2 Minuten direkt zum (sehr kleinen, aber beschaulichen) Strand . Dort gibt es auch ein nettes Strandcafe. Zu Fuß kann man bequem auch den Ortskern mit Hafen, Restaurants, Eisdiele und GeschĂ€ften erreichen. Sehr nett auch ein Ausflug mit der Bahn nach Marseille. Wer möchte, kann an der KĂŒste entlang wandern, die kleinen Calanques genießen (KieselstrĂ€nde). Schön fĂŒr Kinder ist der Sandstrand von Sainte Croix und La Couronne. Empfehlenswert sind auch AusflĂŒge nach Martigues oder zu den Marais de Vigueirat im Naturpark Camargue (Auto). Mit zwei Kleinkindern hatten wir einen kleinen Radius, wer mehr unternehmen möchte, findet in Carry-le-Rouet einen strategisch gĂŒnstigen Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Touren in die Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt, den schönen Ausblick auf das Meer genossen und eine schöne Zeit gehabt.
