Everyone can experience the holidays at their own pace! Children will be free to run across the 6000m2 of the property, play in the games cabin or swing, safely.

Relatives and friends will relax by the pool. They can prepare a mega barbecue, have an aperitif in peace on one of the terraces, facing the panorama or isolate themselves in the shelter of the sun or the wind.

CASADELLAMERIDIANA is located in Sassari, on a hill overlooking the Gulf of Asinara with breathtaking views of the countryside, the sea and Corsica.
The sea at 10 km is an asset because it is both close (in 10/15 minutes you will bathe) but far enough to avoid the noisy crowd of seaside tourists.
Not only swimming and lazing around, but also discovering the territory!
The villa is ideally located near major roads to get to know the north of the island, to get in touch with the identity of Sardinia without accumulating the kilometers.

YOUR ACCOMMODATION:
Built in 2006, the villa is distributed over three floors (two of which are on the ground floor due to the uneven terrain)
At the level of the terraces and the entrance opens a semi-open-space (living-dining-kitchen).
It has 3 bedrooms (one on the third level and two on level 1), bathroom and / or toilet located on each level.
It can accommodate up to 9 people in REAL beds. A small cot and a high chair are available for young families.
The house is perfectly equipped for a problem-free stay. The villa is air conditioned, wifi available, laundry room, many closets.

The air conditioning and the swimming pool bring the must that make your holidays' different.

The swimming pool is located in the garden, 40 meters from the villa. It is to be shared with the two owners.
Pool dimensions: 5m x 10m (depth: 1m to 1,20m).
Independent access by electric gate.

The two Franco-Italian owners live nearby, near the swimming pool. They will always be available to inform you, resolve your language problems, contact restaurants, museums or others!

Relaxing holiday in Sardinia

Spacious villa in extensive grounds with magnificent views. The swimming pool was larger than we have previously had at rented villas. Our hosts were extremely kind and helpful, and were available at all times.

Lovely Large Home

Four adult family members stayed for 3 nights in this lovely home hosted by Collette. We had lots of room inside and outside, but too chilly to use the beautiful pool. The accommodations are as described, large rooms, and well-furnished. We did not cook there but kitchen seemed well-stocked to do so. We would stay again if in Sardinia.

Wonderfull

This is a wonderful, well equipped, clean house with a great terrace to watch the nice view. Colette knows how to make you feel welcome. Our children spent their time in the garden, playing with the dog or in the nice swimming-pool. Their is plenty to see and do in het area for example a visit to Alghero or Stintino or the Neptune caves.

Casa Della meridiana

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Pool. Colette ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Es war wirklich eine tolle Zeit auf Sardinien und in der Villa.... vor allem auf der Terrasse hat es uns sehr gefallen. Vielen Dank nochmals für die freundliche Aufnahme Liebe Grüße Frank

La villa est spacieuse, 3 chambres, un grand séjour. Elle est très bien équipée même un barbecue. La piscine est grande. Elle est partagée avec les propriétaires qui sont très sympas, très discret. L'épouse est française se qui facilite la communication. Le seul petit bémol est la situation géographique qui est un peu éloigné d'Alghero, Sisani...il faut prendre sa voiture. A ce petit défaut près tout est parfait

Discret et agréable

La propriété se situe en retrait et offre une vue magnifique sur la vallée. Elle est très confortable et accueillante avec ces 3 grandes chambres et ces terrasses . Les propriétaires, Colette et Mauro sont charmants et surtout disponible pour toute aide ou renseignement au besoin. Ils sont certainement les +++ de cette propriété. Un très bon souvenir de nos vacances.

A Lovely house and host

This is a lovely house which has been carefully planned - we loved the terraces which offered a shady spot at all times during the day. Colette is a perfect host - leaving us a huge bag of vegetables from her garden the first day we were there and sorting out our wi fi problems, she even found a lovely gift for our daughter's birthday which was during our stay. The kitchen is well equipped and enabled us to cook whatever we wanted. The air conditioning was an essential for us in august and proved far less expensive that we thought it would be. The pool area is beautiful but possibly the loungers need replacing? We would recommend Alghero - a lovely town with some superb restaurants on the walls. In august we found the beaches very crowded regardless of the time we arrived and so never managed to get a spot, however we hired a boat from Alghero for the day which allowed us to meander around the coast and swim in the crystal clear waters where ever we liked. We would recommend this even though it is a bit pricey. Castelsardo is also stunning and worth a visit along with Bosa - take the coastal route there and the direct inland route back for some wonderful scenery. Again many thanks to Colette for her kindness and patience over the "key problem"

Fantásticas vacaciones

Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos. La casa es tal y como se describe en el anuncio. Cómoda y espaciosa. La piscina estupenda. Colette y Mauro unos anfitriones atentos y respetuosos con la privacidad y además nos ofrecieron unas verduras deliciosas. Tranquilidad absoluta a pesar de estar cerca de supermercados y centros comerciales. Situación ideal para conocer el norte de la isla.

tolles haus und tolle gastgeberin

wir (familie mit kindern 3 und 5 jahre alt) haben die zeit in sassari sehr genossen. das haus entspricht genau der beschreibung und ist sehr konfortabel. colette ist eine sehr nette frau und kümmert sich gerne um ihre gäste. das macht sie aber nie aufdringlich. der pool ist nahe an ihrem haus. jedoch hatten wir diesen immer für uns allein. wir fühlten uns dort auch nicht unpassend und konnten diesen voll geniessen. das haus ist für familien sehr zu empfehlen. in 15-45 minuten ist einiges zu entdecken, so dass es nie langweilig wird.

Heerlijk ruim huis van alle gemakken voorzien

We hebben met de hele familie anderhalve week in dit huis verbleven en hebben het heerlijk gehad. Het huis is ruim opgezet en heeft een uitgebreide keuken (groot fornuis, oven, magnetron en afwasmachine) en buiten staat er een bbq tot de beschikking, sat-tv, dvd-speler, een overdekt terras met geweldig uitzicht en een zonnig terras aan de andere kant. Het zwembad is een klein stukje verderop (wat wij juist wel prettig vonden vanwege de kleine kinderen) maar we mochten onze spullen er gewoon laten liggen gedurende de periode dat we daar verbleven dus hoefden de bandjes, luchtbedden, ballen ed niet elke keer te verslepen. Het zwembad ligt naast het huis van de eigenaresse maar daar merk je niets van (genoeg privacy). Het zwembad is heerlijk van temperatuur (zeker aan het einde van de middag) en heeft een soort van duikplank waar de kinderen van hebben genoten. De eigenaresse is ontzettend vriendelijk, staat altijd tot de beschikking en denkt en helpt mee waar mogelijk. Ik kan niet anders zeggen dat dit echt een aanrader is!

A very nice comfortably house in lovely Sardinia

This house has a very great view over the hills and to the sea in the north-west part of Sardinia near Sassari. The owner, Colette is very kind and her hospitality is great! She welcomes you, after that your are totally free to go! Good swimming-pool, nice beds, shower, bath etc etc. We like to cook, the kitchen has a complete equipement. The house was also very proper. We are very satisfied and recommend this house to everyone! Mercy Colette et au revoir!

We first met, as students in Florence. We have two grown children and are very happy to be grandparents.
Former prof. of FLE for Colette and of architecture Mauro, we love sailing, art, good food, travel, friends, family, and so on ....

Why they chose this property

In 2008, the owner, architect, built this house for his children, which is why you'll find more than is strictly necessary. Until that change of destination, tourists are welcome!

What makes this property unique

Strategic situation for touring the north of Sardinia.
Villa is absolutely independent and safe. The property is fenced and you will have a separate entrance with an electric gate. The area is inhabited by families without problems
Peace and quiet are guaranteed in a large olive grove, away from traffic noise. Only the sounds of the countryside wake up you in the morning. Not 'vis-à-vis' or nosy neighbors.
Shopping centers are within 10 minutes drive.
Air conditioning.
playground for children with swings and small wooden cabin "la casetta di Giulia e Diego".
Pool games available for children ... and adults.
