Chalet - LA CURE

20 minutes from Lake Geneva, and just 3 minutes from the resort of Les Rousses.
Le Nid Joyeux offers 280 m2 of interior space (up to 360 m2 if you reserve the attic space) combining calm and comfort with a beautiful outdoor area just a stone's throw from forests and pastures.
The gîte comprises (maximum capacity 15 people excluding attic space):
* 4 bedrooms (3 double rooms with washbasin area and one room with single beds including two bunk beds).
*2 bathrooms
*Modern, well-equipped kitchen, two large living rooms on the first floor.
*The upper floors are reserved for bedrooms.

Maximum capacity up to 20 people by reserving the attic: 80m2 of beautifully appointed additional space (2 bedrooms including 1 double with washbasin area and 1 bedroom with single beds/1 bathroom/1 large living room).

Pets allowed only in summer (April to September).

Depending on the period, utilities (water/electricity/wood) are not included in the rental price and will be invoiced at the end of the stay according to consumption.
Tourist tax of 1 euro per night per person
Depending on the period, attic space may be included in the price (check with the owner).

Sheets and towels are not provided. Can be rented on request.
Cleaning is not included, but can be done by the owner on request.
These options are therefore extra depending on the needs of each holidaymaker.
