This cottage, located in Moye, above Rumilly in the Albanian canton is on the slopes of Clergeon (1025m), facing Mont Blanc; it is surrounded by meadows, orchards and woods. This place has retained its charm and authenticity without sacrificing comfort ... You can take advantage of the tranquility of the place or go on an excursion to the neighboring towns: Annecy, Aix les Bains, Chambéry or Geneva ... unless you prefer hiking in the mountains in the Aravis, Bauges or around Chamonix. You will have the choice for swimming in a natural environment with, for example, Lake Annecy or that of Le Bourget. In winter, skiing or sledding can be done after an hour's drive.

Unser Aufenthalt im Cottage war für uns als Selbstversorger Familie einfach nur toll. Wir haben von dort aus viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternommen und auf dem Rückweg in Rumilly eingekauft. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Bademöglichkeiren in der Nähe gegeben. Wenn man morgens die Fensterläden aufklappt und auf weidende Kühe schauen kann, ist das nicht nur für Kinder ein Highlight. Abends genießt man bei gutem Wetter ein spektakuläres Bergpanorama mit Mont Blanc getaucht ins Sonnenlicht. Ein fantastischer Urlaubsort.

Genau das Richtige für einen entspannten und abwechslungsreichen Familienurlaub in Frankreich

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Moye sehr genossen! Die Ferienwohnung war für eine fünfköpfige Familie ausreichend groß und nett entgerichtet. Sie befand sich in einem wunderschönen alten Haus mit herrlichem Garten, war gut ausgestattet, und tatsächlich konnte man, bei klarem Wetter, den Montblanc in der Ferne sehen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr sympathisch und standen uns mit Ausflugstipps zur Seite. Besonders zu empfehlen sind die beiden glasklaren Seen in der Nähe (Lac d'Annecy und Lac du Bourget), die man mit dem Auto in ca. 45 Minuten erreicht. Es gibt zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen, aber die Stadt Annecy lohnt sich auch sehr für einen Besuch. Wir können die Gegend und die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Gîte au calme et dans un cadre magnifique

SI vous recherchez un gîte dans un hameau au calme, avec une vue magnifique lors de votre repas en extérieur, ne cherchez plus c'est chez Marie-Hélène et Alain que vous le trouverez. L'endroit est super, les hôtes sont très sympathiques et de bons conseils. L'emplacement permet les randos et les visites des sites touristiques de la région.

Prachtige locatie

Bijzonder mooie plek. Echt een plaats om tot rust te komen. Vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren. Prettige indeling en goed uitgerust appartement. Goede privé parkeerplaats, en een eigen ruimte in de tuin. Voor ons zou dit een adres kunnen zijn om nog eens terug te gaan (dit doen wij niet vaak).

Auf den ersten Blick klasse, aber Einschränkungen. Schmutzig

Auf den ersten Blick ein gemütliches, authentisches Plätzchen. Die FeWo mit separatem Eingang befindet sich in einem großen ehemaligen Bauerngebäude. Die Besitzer leben auch in dem Haus, aber dazwischen ist noch ein großer Schuppen. Freundliche, aber unaufdringliche Gastgeber. Der schöne Garten darf genutzt werden. Fantastischer Ausblick, bei gutem Wetter sieht man den Mt Blanc. Herrlich sind auch die Kühe, die einen morgens am Fenster begrüßen. Leider kann ich die Wohnung auf den zweiten Blick nur eingeschränkt empfehlen. Für Wanderer top. Aber Auto unabdingbar. Weit weg vom Ortskern und zum nächstgrößeren Ort Rumilly. Kindern wird es schnell langweilig. Es war sehr ungepflegt und nicht hygienisch gereinigt. Der Sofabezug wurde noch nie gereinigt. Die Küchenschränke waren sehr verschmutzt. Kühlschrank auch. Und das Bad erst 🥴 Kein Steckdosenschutz. Unter der FeWo befinden sich die Öltanks, was leider für extreme Geruchsbelästigung sorgt. Empfindliche Menschen können sich bei geschlossenen Türen kaum innen aufhalten. Zum Glück waren wir im Juni da und fast nur unterwegs oder draußen im Garten.

Nous avons été très surpris par vos remarques, c'est la 1ère fois que nous en avons de cette sorte.. Jamais on nous a dit que le gite était négligé . Le gite est situé comme nous le disons sur le site dans un endroit calme et tranquille et donc nous n'avons pas caché que la voiture était indispensable . Des balades sont aussi possibles depuis le gite. Le jardin est grand, une dizaine de jeux de société, une table de ping-pong et un molki sont disponibles dans le gite. Si vous aviez demandé, nous aurions pu vous proposer des sorties pour vos tout jeunes enfants.. Le ménage est toujours fait avec application. Désolé mais la housse de canapé ne peut pas être lavée entre chaque locataire mais elle est passée régulièrement à la vapeur. Le réfrigérateur est toujours vérifié et nettoyé avec des lingettes désinfectantes. Vous auriez dû nous dire qu'il y avait des odeurs de fioul, nous pouvions y remédier facilement. La prochaine fois, dans une autre location, n'hésitez pas à discuter avec les propriétaires et ainsi beaucoup de choses peuvent s'arranger. Nous avions toujours tenu compte des remarques de nos vacanciers quand elle étaient justifiées. Bien à vous.

Schönes Haus im Herzen von Savoyen

Ein schönes, komplett renoviertes Haus mit wunderbarer Aussicht - bei schönem Wetter ist der Montblanc direkt aus dem Garten zu sehen! Sehr nette Vermieter. Alles mit Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Bequeme Betten, moderne Küche, wo es alles notwendige gibt. Ruhige, angenehme Ungebung. Die Wanderwege beginnen direkt vor der Tür. Die Vorschläge für Spaziergänge und kleine Wanderungen in der blauen Mappe sind sehr hilfsreich. Das Auto ist absolut notwendig. Die Kirschen aus dem Garten waren sehr lecker! Vielen Dank! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
