Welcome to Wade n Sea! Tucked away in one of our quiet cul de sacs located next to the turtle bridge!
This interior duplex is totally adorable and perfect for a small family! Located just a few minutes from the beach access and community pool, this home comes with a golf cart for an easier way to get your beach items to the sand!
Upon entering Wade n Sea you will be happy you chose this quaint vacation spot for you and your family! The open layout creates a spacious living area. The well-stocked kitchen, dining room table, and living area is decorated with soft tones to invite you in! The Queen primary suite is equipped with a private bath which includes a soaking tub and 2 closets. The "kids" guest room is furnished with 2 Twin beds and there is a hall bath for them to share with the main living area. Both rooms are delightfully decorated to make them easy to enjoy!
The beach access and community pool are located at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court. This would be approximately a 10-15 minute walk from Wade N Sea or an even faster golf cart ride! There is parking for the cart at the beach access.

Really nice place and neighborhood

Take your golf cart to the beach or pool, wash off in the outdoor shower by the beach and come and go whenever you want. Also there is an 11 mile bike/skate path right at the entrance to the plan.

Perfect for our family

We have 3 small children this house was perfect size for us. Being next to turtle pond was a hit with the kids. The golf cart was everything, made getting down to beach so easy. Everything you need and more stocked in this house. My only complaint was shower size, are both super small. But we made do. Def be back.

Perfect location

The property is located a short walk from the beach and the community pool. The electric golf cart was great for hauling chairs to the beach. The home was comfortable and well equipped. The only negative is the tiny showers.

Comfortable

The house was very bright, spacious, and clean. It was nice having everything on one floor. Was an added bonus that the upstairs was vacant until the end of the week. Lots of pitter patter of little feet! The turtle pond was great! Grandsons loved it. I liked using the golf cart, although the walk to the beach access wasn't far. Community pool was warm and good for days when the surf was too rough. There aren't too many houses with two bedrooms at Emerald Isle. Most have three or more. This place was perfect for my husband, sister, and I. The only drawback I could think of was that they need some nice sharp knives for the kitchen. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
