3 Bed/2.5 Bath 1450 sq ft with Large Open Floor Plan, 3 Min Walk to Beach

Beautifully decorated 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath half-duplex. Sleeps 6. A large open floor plan which is great for entertaining. We've always wanted our slice of the sand to call our own. We've decorated the home to fit our own needs knowing it will also fit yours. We've included a Ninja blender, Keurig coffee maker (full carafe or single serve), top quality knives, mixer, crockpot, air fryer, gas grill, charcoal grill, and all we can imagine you will need to prepare your favorite coastal meal and drinks.

In the great room is a 65" 4K TV and each bedroom includes a 32" tv. Enjoy YouTubeTV so you don't miss any sporting events. The kids can bring their gaming devices to hook up in their bedroom or they can watch a Netflix movie while Dad is watching sports upstairs.

The beach is a short walk (3 minutes) with recently updated public access.

Great place to stay

We had such a great stay. Very clean, and very well decorated, the kitchen is well equipped. I didn’t realize how close the beach access was, it is not even an easy 2 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Stay was good. Glitch with key pad entry which wasn’t pre set for us. Took a bit to straighten out. Only gripe really was the dirty shower liner in the hall bathroom. It was moldy and it hung into the tub. Took advantage of the easy access to the ocean!

Nice get away for family

This really was a vacation "home". We felt right at home, including the highlight of our trip- enjoying the great room and the open kitchen that was like brand new with awesome cookware and dishes. The walk to the beach was easy and convenient. Having all bedrooms in the entrance level and great room/open kitchen upstairs was wonderful as well. Beds slept very well (very soft sheets and blankets). Adult kids enjoyed their own rooms.

Great home!

Great home with an open floor concept, amazing kitchen supplies for the chef in your party and plenty of notepads and pens for family game nights. Incredible and attentive host, house was less than a 3 minute walk to the public boardwalk. The home has bikes, beach chairs, coolers and a Shibumi tent for those hot and sunny days at the beach. Great layout with plenty of furniture. I really liked that the sheets for the beds and the towels (a basket per room) were provided for all of our guests.

Fall Break Family Trip!

We enjoyed our fall break stay in this beautiful, well-stocked home. The storage room was great and had lots of beach supplies to use. The upstairs area with the kitchen, dining and living room was beautifully decorated with plenty of space and comfortable seating for our group of 6. Communication with Wendi was great and check in was simple. Just a comment that the closest beach access (about a 2 min walk) is easy to get to but does have quite a few steep steps to the beach so is a bit difficult with a beach cart/wagon. The beach access down the road (to the right) a bit further down a hill (about a 7 min walk) does not have steps and is more accessible for a cart/wagon. Overall we had a wonderful time and made lots of great memories with our family!

Perfect Location and House

We stayed in this lovely home for 3 nights in July with our family of 5 (w/elementary and high school kids). I can't say enough good things about this rental. The best thing about the house is its location. It is just a short walk (about a block or so) to the beach access. Also to be commended is the layout and the decor and the fact that this house is so well-stocked and well-appointed. The owners have thought of everything that can make your stay more comfortable. The only thing to be aware of is that there were only 4-5 beach towels, so you'll want to bring some extras or do what we did and just wash them daily. The owners were amazing with communication, checking in on us to make sure all was well, promptly responding to any questions, etc. I would highly recommend this house, and we found ourselves regretting the shortness of our stay. We hope to be back again. Next time, I think we will rent a golf cart to carry the 5 beach chairs, umbrella, and drinks to the beach. Though it's just a short walk and the owners have provided a rolling cart/carrier to use, a golf cart would have been fun and easy as there are golf cart parking spots right at the beach access point. By the time I thought to call and reserve, the golf carts were all rented already.

Two floors was not idea for age 70 plus and two toddlers. Way too many stairs for a person using a cane. May be a 3 minute walk to the board walk but not to the beach and again too many steps to deal with. Will make sure we never stay in a duplex again. Otherwise trip was good

The house is beautifully furnished. We thought the second floor deck was a great space to gather and read. Speaking of reading, we appreciated the selection of books on hand. Kitchen could not have been better. Walk to the beach was easy. All in all, we loved our stay at Shore Beachin.

Easy walk to the beach

This is a lovely home with a very easy to be in living space. Spacious kitchen and nice big table to eat at. There’s a deck just outside the family room that was great for morning coffee. We walked to the beach several days and the access was just a few houses down, a short walk away. Just a short drive to grocery stores and several restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Welcome to Emerald Isle! Jacob and I are so excited to own our little piece of sand in Emerald Isle. I've grown up spending summers on the island and my mother lives full-time in Atlantic Beach. We love all that the area has to offer with great food, cute shops, and friendly folks. We live full-time in Raleigh and have three grown daughters. We are hoping to make Emerald Isle our full-time residence in 2026. We are delighted to have you as our guest! Wendi

Why they chose this property

The half-duplex has plenty of room to spread out and is perfect for entertaining. The top level is a great room with comfortable seating for large crowds, a large open kitchen with granite countertops, a large dining table, and an outdoor deck with seating. Prepare a low country boil or cook steaks on the gas or charcoal grill because everything you need in a kitchen is provided. The lower level (2nd floor) has 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 king, 2 twin), 2 full bathrooms, and a covered deck area. I personally enjoy my morning coffee from here while listening to the birds. The lower level (ground level) has an outdoor shower, seating area, a large storage room, and covered parking for 3 vehicles.
