Outdoor driveway activities of basketball, pickleball, cornhole, and ring toss hook game keeps the family entertained. Other features include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, Smart TV for streaming, wireless Internet access, enclosed hot/cold outside shower, ample parking spaces, and an exterior cargo lift for ease in transporting groceries and luggage. Owner golf cart rental is a possibility upon request. No smoking. No pets. Available year-round with a three-night minimum. This property rents monthly off-season.

We chose this neighborhood because it’s truly the best of Emerald Isle - quiet, safe, and family-friendly, yet close to everything we love about the island. We can walk, bike, or take a golf car to our favorite restaurants, ice cream shops, and the fishing pier.
One of the biggest reasons we chose this spot is the easy beach access. The private oceanfront parking pass or a short walk (under 5 minutes from door to beach chair) to the beach path means getting to the sand is effortless. After a fun day at the beach, it’s only a few minutes back home to unwind on the large deck or play basketball with the kids.
