About this property

Emerald Isle Vacation Beach house

Upstairs is a traditional style home with three rooms (3 beds, 2 queen and 1 full) and two full baths. Outside has a spacious screened in porch and then another deck that is not covered so you can enjoy the weather. Downstairs has one large room with two full beds and one small full bath. (No central heat downstairs. Ran off window unit). Outside is a large gas fire pit and cooking area with a TV mounted on the wall. Outdoor shower. Large driveway that will allow parking for 8 vehicles. We are about a 5 minute walk from the beach and one mile from the fishing pier. There is a walking path that is accessible from the house for walking and riding bikes. We have assorted things in the garage that are free to use such as coolers, assorted beach games and a few bikes.

Great Location

We enjoyed our week stay and thr house had many available items to help with enjoying our stay. Jordan was very quick to answer any questions I had when booking out trip and made sure he was available if we needed anything. The only thing about the stay is that the house needs some maintenance. Other than that, we enjoyed every bit of our vacation for our first time in Emerald Isle and will be back!!

Loved everything about it. I was concerned about it being on the main road but it turned out to not be a problem at all. Owner is super responsive when you have a question. Well appointed and very clean! Highly recommend

Christmas Vacation

Great location for access to everything we wanted to do. House was perfect for us and the dogs. The water heater was out when we got there and it was fixed very promptly so minimal impact on our trip. The owner was great to work with. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful house and close to everything

House was clean when we arrived, very nice neighborhood within walking distance of both the ocean and the sound. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay and definitely would stay here again. We didn't get to enjoy the outdoor space because of the weather but the inside was comfortable and perfect for our family. The cottage is well equipped and conveniently located for a really enjoyable stay!

Perfect Getaway

We went on this trip to just relax and get some fishing in. This house was in the perfect location to go fishing, restaurants were very close, and the house itself was clean and offered plenty of amenities. We would stay again!

Emerald Isle Family getaway

We had a great time in Emerald Isle, location of the house was great. Luckily we had a nice weekend and got some beach time in. Overall it was a fun weekend and the house was a nice size to fit everyone.

When we got there the property was nice a cleaned but there was a smell of urine throughout the house. Well mainly in the living room, the smell was overwhelming.

Long Weekend Getaway

My husband, myself, and our dogs had an amazing time in Emerald Isle for the marathon this past weekend. The rental was clean, in a good location, and just as described. Jordan was wonderful and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!
