Located in the quiet heart of the Crystal Coast, you won't have to compete for the perfect beach spot. This home is outfitted with EVERYTHING you will need to relax! It has a fully stocked kitchen with appliances like an ice cream maker and Kitchenaid mixer. In the storage room you will find beach chairs, kayaks, ice maker and Yeti coolers. High speed WiFi included for streaming your favorite shows or setting up the "out of office" you forgot to post before you left.
We know you will love your time at our Emerald Isle home.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash used beach and return them to their original location.
If used, please return the cover to the fire pit and grill, and put away the outdoor throw pillows in the white deck box.
Please rinse and put away any beach chairs, coolers, and umbrellas you used during your stay.
In the Spring and Summer, please set the thermostat to 76 degrees on the “Cool” setting. In the Fall and Winter, set the thermostat to 65 on the “Heat” setting.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Hi! We are Jeremy & Jessica Horton. This is our new Emerald Isle property. We have been hosting renters in Carolina Beach at our other beach property for 12 years. We are parents to a little girl and love spending time at the coast!
