Perfect spot for an affordable and comfortable family getaway in a beautiful, friendly neighborhood. Plenty of amenities for every type of guest. House was clean and communication with owner was swift and helpful.

Great location! Loved the fenced in backyard area for our dog. Dock was a highlight for bird watching… Liked the character of the house- old school wood paneling, wooden ski decor. Lots of sunlight. We biked and walked a lot, so we didnt use the golf cart.

Everything about this listing was exactly as said we had the best time we cooked every night from this home played in the pool all day long ping-pong table in the garage so much fun for the children in the family property manager Morgan checked on us twice during our stay to see if we needed anything through email and text, which was wonderful. We loved it so much. We inquired about coming back again next year the same time. Thank you for opening your home to us giving us the opportunity to have a wonderful week. We hope to see you again next year.

We all had a wonderful time here celebrating my Marine son’s birthday for a whole week! Everyone loved the pool and the rec area. My adult kids got a chance to kayak and we all enjoyed the fire pit. The home is beautiful. Thank you!

Amazing

Surf Daze was the best vacation ever. We did a guy trip. Hung out and played ping pong in the garage when it rained. Watched baseball on the giant TV. Having the extra tiny house was a great addition. Went kayaking and paddle boarding right off the dock! Swimming and chilling in the pool was a great refresher at the end of the day. The outdoor shower is fantastic. Outdoor kitchen cooked a lot burgers in 5 days. This house just has so much to offer and is full of old school charm. The cypress walls and old bricks must be 100 years old. Inside and outside kitchen has everything you could ever need. Melissa and Morgan checked in with us often and were very responsive. Secret spot - Don’t miss the sunrise from the deck over the garage. You can see all the way down archer’s creek to bogue sound and the sunrise is amazing. Great stay! See you next time!

The home was beautiful, very clean and inviting. It is hard to find these qualities in a pet friendly rental. The advertisement of the home was spot on, and I could not have asked for a better host than Melissa...over all a 10 out of 10 experience!! I would high recommend this rental.
