Hello,
I have been coming to Emerald Isle since I was born. My parents rented a cottage on 12th street in the middle row for years until they bought a small chunk of land on Bogue Sound on 20th St. We enjoyed sharing our house with vacationers for years before taking off the market after retirement. My wife and I have been given the chance to share it once again and we hope it will provide great experiences and memories for generations to come.
Why they chose this property
Seclusion. Our cottage is the lone rental property on 20th St, It has private access to Bogue Sound and is just a 3-4 minute walk to the beach along a public beach access.
It truly is the best of both worlds. Trust me after a crowded day on the beach, there's nothing like having your own dock to enjoy the sunset.
What makes this property unique
I think our property allows you to be on vacation. It's a fun little house. Not too much to maintain. It's not a giant beach sandcastle just a nice clean place to flop!
