Oceanfront duplex with beautiful sunset views

Top Notch West is a wonderfully furnished and fully equipped oceanfront duplex (West side). Located just steps from the beautiful sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of Emerald Isle, dolphins are frequently seen from this home. This lovely home comfortably sleeps 11 guests and is equipped with free wifi, cable, and TVs in all bedrooms.

This spacious duplex has ample room to spread out in the well appointed kitchen and open living/dining room space. The two dining tables seat 12 with additional bar seating for four. Also on this level is a full bathroom and a large soundfront bedroom with a twin and queen bed. Three bedrooms are on the second floor - 1 oceanfront king master suite and 1 oceanfront queen, both with deck access and 1 soundfront bedroom with 2 twin beds). The entire third floor is an oceanfront master suite with private deck.

A private, spray off area and outdoor shower (with hot & cold water) make clean-up easy. There is an outdoor charcoal grill with picnic table seating.

We had an amazing stay here! The location and views were perfect. A great place for a family vaction.The kitchen is well stocked, but could use a 9x13 baking pan or two.

AMAZING!!!

We checked in for the Valentine's Day weekend with two other couples and had an Amazing time there in the house! It was very clean and spacious... Our hostess communicated promptly via email every time she was messaged! We will definitely reserve this house again!!!Thank You!!!

A relaxing getaway!

This property provided a lot of space for our family to enjoy ourselves and still enough room in the common area for all of us! It had everything we needed to prepare our meals and start enjoying our time immediately upon arrival. We definitely plan to return for another stay.

Great beach experience

Perfect family getaway

Even though we had terrible weather the entire trip, we had the very best time in Top Notch. Would not change a thing. Beautiful views from every floor, cozy couches, comfy beds. It is just what we needed.

Perfect for Families

We stayed in EI for my daughter's wedding and wanted an oceanfront home for the whole family. It was larger enough for us all to be together, but still have some privacy. The host responded promptly to all of our questions. Everything we needed was there, including some beach chairs. The kitchen is very stocked. The home was beautiful and the view was amazing!

Beautiful place

My siblings and our spouses took our 93 year-old mom for a short vacation at Emerald Isle. The house was beautiful and very accessible. We cook a far amount and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. All furniture was attractive and comfortable, including that out on the deck where we enjoyed watching the ocean. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Lovely place. Clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, nice bed linens (not the scratchy ones you usually get from a linen service), great decks, wonderful view of the beach. Great house for a family vacation. Owner was very quick to respond to questions. Would definitely recommend.

Unbeatable Views!

This oceanfront home truly does have Top Notch views and beach access! Our family had the best weekend staying in this cute and comfortable home. Amy, the property owner, was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this home to anyone!

Just Perfect!

My cousins and I rented the property for a weekend to celebrate my aunt’s wedding. The property was beautiful and the beach was amazing. So many nice touches. They had every pan/utensil that we needed to cook our own meals. Plenty of towels and the place was very clean. There were dolphins right off the beach as soon as we arrived. The sunset over the pier was stunning. Nothing but great things to say about this property!

Amazing stay

5 out of 5 starts on everything. The house is lovely and has everything, very clean and lots of room to spread out. The host allowed us to check in early and check out later which was very convenient and gave us a chance to relax and do a long walk in the beach before we left. Fiat time on Emerarld Isle (typically staying up the road at the Atlantic) and it’s a very nice area with hikes along the beach. While we visited during the off season, there were very few people of the beach, we basically had miles of a private beach. Really enjoyed every bit of our stay and will definitely be back next year!

The place was great. We had a little issue with the tvs but they sent someone out right away to correct the issue. Newer smart TVs would be nice. That was the only complaint I would have. (Not even a complaint)

Daughter’s Wedding

Lovely home on the ocean. It got a 3 for cleanliness because of dirty diapers under bed in master bedroom and dirty socks not belonging to us under another bed. Also, most of the chairs and bar stools are loose and rickety.

Top Notch Aptly Named!

Location was fantastic! Plenty of room for our party of 8 including my MIL who was able to stay on first floor. There are a lot of steps to main floor (for those who have mobility issues). Also, can’t say enough about maintenance when microwave died (had replacement installed within 24 hours, and would’ve been sooner but we asked them to wait because we were cooking). 2nd floor master bed was either too soft or supports were broken (major dip) but that was really the only slight negative we found all week. Would definitely return!
