Fisherman's house with breathtaking sea view from the terrace and garden

This charming little house is ideally located in the heart of the pink granite coast. From the terrace and the garden, classified site and remarkable natural landscape, a breathtaking view of the sea and the 7 islands will be offered to you. The fine sandy beach of Kerieg can be reached on foot in less than two minutes. Depending on the tides, you can alternate between swimming and walking on the many rocky islets.
The house is simple but pleasant and easy to live in and is ideal for a couple with a child.
The main room is located on the ground floor and includes a kitchen area completely refurbished in 2015 (new furniture and appliances: Bosch refrigerator, oven and hob Viva, Candy microwave, Rosière hood) a dining area (table 4 covers) and a lounge area. A toilet.
The first floor consists of two communicating bedrooms : the first is equipped with a 90x190 bed, a desk area and storage space, the second is fitted out with numerous cupboards and furnished with a new 160x200 bed and its mattress. The spacious and bright bathroom (shower) is accessible through this room. Bed linen and towels are new.

the property was a typical very old fishermans property. Perched on a hillside overlooking a beach

when we arrived the cottage smelt very musty and the drive up to the cottage and parking was not for the faint hearted. We were aware that the cottage was not for the less able , the only downside being the toilet was very small under the stairs and of the macerating type, very noisy . It was well equipped, tv had no English channels and the internet was intermittent. Did not spoil the holiday, a beautiful coast line to visit.

Indeed it is an authe granite fishermans property built on rocks. Its upkeeping is attended to on a regular basis, as well as its aeration. We aally sorry, but it is the first time a tenant has ever said this kind of remark. The charm of the house lies in its privileged situation , far from any road and overlooking a beautiful creek. There is no denying that the toilets are Under the stairs, but it could not come as a surprise as it was clearly written in our ad. And the noise of the flush only lasts a few seconds. As for the English channels, we thank you for your suggestion and are looking forward to studying the possibility of adding new channels through our operator. Our wifi connection does work, but it may have some cuts due to the situation of our house but it is easy to restart it. We thank you again for your useful remarks, Best regards

A jewel in North Brittany

I fell in love with the setting, the location and the building when I saw the images. This was my very first time visiting Brittany and I had very high hopes and expectations and was not disappointed at all. The place is enchanting amd the view from the kitchen window is mesmerising. One gets drawn almost hypnotically to the seaview and the ebb and flood of the water. Just magical! The photos don't lie..this is worth a visit. The wc under the stairs is the only slightly less positive aspect, however, overall not worth worrying about as the rest is just amazing! I would not want to have more than 2 adults at this location. A young child as a third guest would be acceptable. We would certainly like to return here in May next year if possible.

Der Blick auf die kleine Bucht war wunderschön. In nur wenigen Metern war man am Strand. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und genau das Richtige, für einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub.

vue extraordinaire qui nous a permis de profiter de tous nos repas pris sur la terrasse avec de magnifiques couchés de soleil en fin de soirée (Août).La plage est très agréable pour la baignade ou la pêche à pieds.Les ballades via le chemin des douaniers permet de découvrir des endroits digne de cartes postales.Bref un très bon séjour.

Très jolie petite maison à proximité d'une très belle plage de sable fin. Le cadre est magnifique et très reposant. La region est riche d'activité et sites à visiter. Finalement une semaine passe beaucoup trop vite.

Nous avons passé une semaine magique ,dans un décor de rêve , la maison est décorée avec goût, la vue de chaque fenêtres est un petit tableau ,celle au dessus de l'évier permet d'assister au coucher de soleil chaque soir avec la mer pour horizon ,le jardin est magnifique empli de chants d'oiseaux ,le calme des nuits est reposant , on se sent comme chez soi , les balades aux alentours sont surprenantes ,les propriétaires et Caroline sont adorables , notre semaine est passée trop vite ,mais nous reviendront , il y a encore tant de choses à découvrir dans cette belle région !isabelle et Yves

Das kleine Ferienhaus mit herrlichen Meerblick ist perfekt zum Abschalten. Es hat alles was das Herz begehrt und die Gastgeber sind sehr nette Menschen. Alles lief perfekt, tolle Kommunikation. Vielen Dank für eine erholsame Woche in Trélévern. La petite maison de vacances avec une magnifique vue sur la mer est parfaite pour se déconnecter.
