Welcome to the cottage of the field of birds in Saint Avé at Pierre Le Coeffec. It is entirely independent located 1 km from Vannes (Gulf of Morbihan) beautiful medieval town.
This one can accomodate 4 people label 2 key holidays approved tourist office 61m2 classified 2 stars furnished with tourism. Rates are between 340 euros and 550 euros week
when booking we will send you a contract including the request of 25% (including a deposit) the balance will have to be paid on the day of your arrival

Un vrai havre de paix, on peut s'y reposer, profiter du jardin où Perette et Clémentine vous attendent patiemment . Les propriétaires habitent juste à côté. Leur dévouement, leur accueil, leur gentillesse font que je vais y retourner sans aucun doute. Vous pouvez en quelques minutes aller à Vannes très grande ville très agréable. Carnac si vous voulez vous promener, la presqu'ile de Quiberon...merci au propriétaire pour leur gentillesse

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et gâtés, cidre, oeufs , nos hôtes étaient de bon conseil et très sympathiques. La maison est agréable, bien tenue et décorée de fleurs fraîches, très fonctionnelle et rien n'y manque. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos petits voisins à qui nous pouvions donner à manger (mouton, chèvre, poules).Tout petit bémol : Selon le vent, on peut entendre un peu la circulation mais sinon le coin est très calme et on dort paisiblement. La terrasse permet de prendre tous les repas dehors si le temps le permet, c'est très agréable.

sehr guter Wanderstützpunkt für uns mit unserem Hund für den GR34 im gesamten Morbihan

viel Platz im Haus und Garten mit Liegestühlen, herrlich die Badewanne nach dem Wandern, schön bei Sonnenschein, gemütlich nach dem Regen, wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten und haben 2 perfekte Wanderwochen gehabt.

Séjour agréable dans une belle

Maison lumineuse, à 15mn du centre de Vannes. Présence sympathique des poules, moutons et de la chèvre juste à côté. Nous n'avions pas compris que le linge de maison n'était pas fourni, la propriétaire nous en a loué. Lors de notre arrivée nous avons découvert que nous ne pouvions pas laisser nos chiens à la maison.

Maison de vacances pratique et confortable

Propriétaires accueillants et chaleureux. Maison agréable, bien entretenue, disposant de tout le nécessaire. Sa situation permet de rayonner (en voiture) facilement sur Vannes et le Golfe du Morbihan. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, avec notre chienne, même si le temps était plutôt humide. Je recommande cette location

Maison très agréable, très calme et bien situé

J'ai adoré, l'environnement, la maison, situé vraiment pas loin du centre ville On a tout à disposition, bus , gare pour se déplacer rien de mieux. Les propriétaires sont très chaleureux, j'ai eu un séjour très particulier et je les en remercie de m'avoir soutenu. Je sais que j'y reviendrai c'est vraiment magnifique à découvrir pour ceux qui connaissent pas la ville de vannes et le golfe du Morbihan. Merci à vous

Logement très correct ..Très Bon accueil !!!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le logement bien qu'un peu vieillot est confortable. Jardin fermé Idéal pour nos 2 chiens. Très bien situé pour visiter la Bretagne.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour!!! le gîte est vraiment super, calme et reposant!! On y est très bien ... un peu comme chez nous!!! Etant venus en train, nous avons pu ns déplacer en bus situé à 5mn du gîte et pour les commerces .... 20 petites mn de marche pour s'y rendre!!!! Une belle régiion .... à découvrir Sans oublier la gentillesse des propriètaires!! N'hésitez pas , je vous conseille cette location vivement!!!

Très bon séjour à St Avé

Une situation idéale, à 5 mn du centre de la très jolie ville de Vannes. Egalement bien situé pour rayonner à Lorient, Concarneau, Quiberon, etc... Le gîte est spacieux et confortable, calme, reposant et très bien équipé. L'acceuil réservé par les proriétaires est chaleureux et cordial, ceux ci savent se montrer à la fois discret et à notre service. Ils nous ont facilité notre séjour en Bretagne par leurs conseils et leur disponibilité. Notre semaine de vacances en Bretagne a été très réussie.

Ce gite est bien placé, tout près de Vannes et au calme. Très bon acceuil de la part des propriétaires. Très propre, bien équipé. La voiture est cepandant nécessaire dès lors qu'il faut faire des courses. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous.
