Belle maison près de la plage

Grande et belle maison adaptée aux familles avec très beau jardin clos et sécurisé. Emplacement proche de la mer et facile d’accès. Accueil très chaleureux de Marie-Christine et échange agréable avec Christophe

Rustieke huiselijke vakantiewoning

Ligging en locatie van deze woning is top: zee is op loopafstand (10-15 minuten) en er is een groot eigen terrein om het huis. Een deel van het huis en twee slaapkamers liggen aan de straat, maar het is geen drukke weg, dus wij hebben er niet veel last van gehad. De overige slaapkamers liggen aan de achterkant, dus zijn heel erg rustig. Tussen de huiskamer en de twee. slaapkamers erboven zit een houten plafond, waardoor het nogal gehorig is. De bedden zijn goed. De huiskamer is ruim en er is een fijne grote eettafel voor een groot gezelschap. Voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn, is het huis geen aanrader gezien de smalle steile trappen. Er is geen toilet op de begane grond. Het sanitair kan wel een update gebruiken en is niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn, aangezien je staand in een badkuip moet douchen. De keuken is goed uitgerust, met een ruime keuze aan pannen en goede messen, een vaatwasser en wasmachine. De tuin is heerlijk en rustig. Het is een charmant en gezellig familiehuis.

fait pour les enfants; de l'espace, des jeux dehors et dedans maison toujours fraiche la distance à la mert est un peu plus que prévue; comptez 15-20 mn avec des enfants

Une maison chaleureuse

une maison de famille qui a du charme et une âme, où l'on se sent quasi comme chez soi. Maison très bien équipée. Contact très cordial avec un propriétaire attentionné. Beaucoup d 'espace, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, avec ce grand jardin que les enfants ont vite investi. La plage(un peu plus de 10mn, surtout avec des enfants) bien agréable !
