Large family house Etables-sur-Mer Côtes-d'Armor

With its huge garden, its protected south-facing terrace, its proximity to the town center and the beach, this large 'family-friendly' house is an ideal place for family holidays or with friends.

Its simplicity, modern comfort and great modularity make it possible to accommodate many family configurations (30 beds + a few possible mattresses, equipment for babies, bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor for people with reduced mobility) and make everyone feel 'at home'.

Children are delighted with the games in the 3000m² garden (trees, table tennis, hammock, swing, slide, cabana ...), the dormitory and mezzanine rooms, bike rides around the house or on foot in the region, very beautiful sandy beaches within walking distance (600 meters or 1 km) for beach games or fishing.

Finally, this house is accessible even without a car: the bus which comes in 30 minutes from Saint-Brieuc station (3 hours from Paris by TGV) arrives 2 steps from the house and allows older children to join the family at any time on their own!

1 / We like to get to know families, through a few discussions before booking, to ensure each other that the house meets your needs; this is why we do not use the immediate booking functionality offered by Abritel.

2 / You are welcome in our house, really well suited for large families or groups of friends with children. We want you to feel at home there and expect you to respect it as if it were your own. The house can accommodate 30+ travelers provided that it is balanced between adults and children (the house is not suitable for collective groups composed only of adults, or mainly children such as children's camps).

3 / We give priority to families wishing to rent the house over a long period at certain times of the year.
This is the case with (i) summer weeks: we prefer families who wish to stay for 15 days or more, until the end of the February holidays which precede summer; (ii) Christmas and New Years weeks: we prefer families who wish to stay 1 week or more, until the end of the preceding All Saints holidays.
