L'appartement est très bien situé et bien agencé, toutefois le canapé était cassé et la machine à laver ne fonctionnait pas mais selon le propriétaire c'était la faute des anciens locataires, de même le ménage avait été fait à minima...

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine dans l'appartement de Monsieur Larrieu. L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce et fonctionnel. La terrasse est très appréciable, la résidence est au calme, mais pour autant à quelques minutes à pieds du centre d'Arcachon, des boutiques, du marché et des animations, ainsi que des plages. L'accueil de Monsieur Larrieu est très chaleureux et il se rend disponible en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons cette location.
