Comfortable, affordable, and conveniently located.

Good location, across from park, a block’s walk to the beach, and easy access to shopping and the mainland. The building was dated and well worn. The unit was clean and comfortable but no frills. No hair dryer or Kleenex for example. Kitchen-wear were odds and ends, but completely adequate for us. We called the property managers on a few issues and got a rapid response.

Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved how close this unit is to the beach, literally across the street. We also enjoyed the access to the fishing pier and ability to walk up Ocean Blvd to some great restaurants. Though we didn't use the pool it was nice to have available. The unit itself was adequate. My main concern was that there was no place to put groceries. All the cabinets were full. Also keep in mind that this is a 2nd story unit so you will have to carry everything up and down. Overall, I would stay again. Island Realty is easy to work with too.

Lovely, clean and close

The unit was clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. Comfortable beds and two bathrooms. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook. There was an automatic ice maker which was nice! We would definitely stay here again.
