For an ideal holiday in Charente Maritime! Come and discover our micro climate ... and our beautiful Atlantic coast!
We have just completed the renovation of 2 new rentals for your holiday in a town house in the heart of SAUJON (6000 inhabitants, well known for its thermal baths), 10 km from Royan and beaches (St Georges de Didonne, Meschers ...). The 2 apartments have been equipped for a pleasant stay, for 2 people (possibility to supplement the floor only with supplement).
A big studio-cabin of 25 m ² with the RDC with garden-transat-BBQ (housing BOYARD) and on the first floor a beautiful bright T2 DE 35 m ² (housing NEPTUNE)
equipped kitchenette. Washing machine. LCD-DVD-CD TV
Our animal freinds are not admitted .
This town building is located at the back of the shops, so isolated from the passage of the shopping street while being downtown. Market, early, cheese, pastry, baker, fishmonger, media library, hairdresser, beauty institute .... less than 20 m!
Parking is in the public squares of the street in front of or in the main market square.
The windows all face the inner courtyard.
Bed linen provided.
Long-term rates possible.

studio extrêmement bien situé dans la rue commerçante de Saujon, à 3 mn à pied des thermes et 1 mn à pied de la Seudre pour de jolies promenades bucoliques.Présence de nombreuses pistes cyclables, 15 mn en voiture des plages de Royan.Studio propre, très bien équipé, agréable avec son petit extérieur, au calme

hebergement bien trop cher eu égard à ce qui ce pratique et aux prestations

super emplacement. studio petit mais sympa.cours top bien ..très calme et pratique pour moi venue avec mon vélo. Bemols et c'est bien dommage :cher par rapport à ce qui se pratique (vu avec autres curistes). prestations minimalistes : pas de VMC(il faut laisser la porte de la SDD ouverte sinon buee), Pas de mode d'emploi des radiateurs que je ne suis pas parvenu à faire fonctionner, pas de louche, de flutes ou verres à vin permettant d'inviter, des toiles d'araignée au plafond, frigidaire vieux et bruyant(je l'éteignais la nuit) micro-ondes rouillé à l'intérieur, sol de la douche avec nombreux petits carreaux manquants..1seule taie d'oreiller et un seul drap et 1 tapis de bain blanc donnés pour 3 semaines, 1 couette tachée, des mauvaises herbes dans la cours...Bord de la douche repeint sur de la rouille idem pour le radiateur de la SDD (sans VMC tout s'abîme lorsque qu'il n'y a pas d'aeration) Et malgré tout cela, m'y suis beaucoup plu mais au vu de tout ce que j'ai énoncé, au vu des pratiques 500/600€ max tout compris eu été plus conforme que les 872€ réglés dt 20€ de conso. élec. et eau (ce qui est mesquin à ce niveau de prix). D'ailleurs le proprio. a fait cadeau du prix de ses consommation à ma voisine du dessus qui a dû plus se fâcher que moi. Dommage car peu d'investissement à réaliser pour rendre un séjour super sympa. peut être ces remarques serviront elles aux suivants!!! ai fait toutes ces remarques au proprio lors de mon départ (qui les a accepté sans problème)

Une semaine à Saujon

Très bonne semaine passée, le logement est très fonctionnel, et sa terrasse est très appréciable avec le beau temps ! La rue est composée de divers commerces de proximité et les magasins sont à moins de 5km. Le logement est situé dans une rue calme.

Nous venons souvent à SAUJON, nous avons apprécié les équipements, la propreté, la localisation parfaite ! On peut tout faire à pied, ou utiliser les transports pour visiter. Merci pour les bonnes adresses... Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison très agréable et particulièrement bien équipée. Le calme et le confort qui la caractérisent permettent de savourer des instants de grande quiétude tout en profitant des nombreuses plages et sites touristiques alentour.
