Les foreclosures, chalet Le Village 1, sought-after residence with private parking, on the snow front, green slope at 100m (alpine and bottom), view of the mountains, 100m from 8 to 8 and the bakery. 200m from the International Ski School. This renovated cabin studio, classified 2 star prefectural, for 4-5 places is very well equipped, located rue des Molliettes, residence Le Village. Ski locker on the ground floor which allows you to go on the slopes without having to descend or climb stairs. Possibility to store skis, boots and sleds in the ski locker. Presence of a shovel for snow removal. Ideal for a family with 2 or even 3 children. Bedroom with closed bunk beds. Before committing, compare the following points: proximity to the alpine slopes and background to access the ski lifts and ski schools, proximity to the center of the resort to avoid taking the car or the bus shuttle, presence of a parking lot private (municipal car park at 1km), complete equipment and renovation of the apartment.

Additional details: the kitchen cupboards are always filled with the minimum: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, flour, sugar, herbs and spices, paper towel, aluminum foil, film wrap, coffee filters, tea, trash bags, all household products for kitchen, glass, bathroom. To come there often, we know that going to the mountains means filling the trunk with many things and so we try to avoid this extra clutter.
For 20 years, snow has never been lacking in Les Saisies. The sun is also generous given the position of the resort due south at the top of a pass.

In summer many hikes or mountain biking, from easy to experienced, with or without guide, 3 dams to visit, adventure park type tree climbing in the middle of a natural canyon, Col de la Pierra menta, marmots on Mont Bisanne, various water and river fishing, paragliding, mountain board alone or in a group with instructor. Breathtaking view of Mont Blanc from around the resort.

Proximity to Chamonix and the Mer de Glace (plan to start the day), likewise, possibility to spend the day in Annecy with its majestic lake (bike rental recommended).

Visits Also to cheese factories, spinning mills, typical churches, museums, gastronomic breaks around Savoyard cuisine. For 10 years, we have spent the summer in foreclosures, always discovering new things, without getting tired of this bowl of oxygen that recharges the batteries.
