This condo is located in the upscale south shore area of burnt store marina. From the fully furnished and enclosed lanai you have amazing views of the marina and harbor. The kitchen hosts granite counter tops and is fully stocked with dishes, microwave, stove, and refrigerator. The master bedroom has a king size bed, view to the marina, and a huge flat screen TV. The master bathroom has tub/shower combo, his/hers sinks, private toilet room, and lots of closet space. Guest bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, TV, and lots of closet space. Guest bedroom #2 has two twin beds, flat screen TV, and lots of closet space. The living room has huge couch with reclining sections, a huge flat screen TV, DVD player, movie collection, blue tooth sound system, and stereo. The dinning area has a formal dinning table and breakfast bar off of the kitchen. This unit is steps away from the pool, restaurant, ship store, and docks.

Lovely Place!

My husband and I along with his brother thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. It is very spacious, well appointed, and stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our time there. We especially enjoyed watching the wide variety of boats coming and going in the marina from our vantage point on the beautiful lanai. The extra large living room is furnished with a comfy sectional with recliner seats and an extra large smart TV. The grounds in this complex are beautifully maintained and well lit for those after dark dog walks. The condo community is very friendly, and the huge pool was always warm and inviting. We highly recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable place to stay!
