This beautifully appointed 2 bedroom and 2 bath unit is tastefully decorated and vacation ready for a monthly visit !

New cabinets and quartzite counter tops with grand island surround stainless steel modern appliances!
High end ceramic flooring thru out the open concept kitchen, dining and living area, the split bedrooms have new carpet.
The screened lanai is over sized and features extremely comfortable patio set with glass top table and multiple chaises.
Laundry room provides full size washer and dryer.

Our monthly rental begins the first day of your chosen month thru the last day of that month.

Enjoy casual and fine dining at the Cass Cay Restaurant, Sports Bar and Patio Bar featuring both inside and outside seating overlooking the marina basin and offers entertainment throughout the week. Casual dining at the golf club is also available. Burnt Store Marina has marked bike and walking paths along main roads for your safety.

The on-site golf course is a 27 hole full service public course complete with restaurant, pro shop, cart and club rentals with driving range and putting greens. A fitness center and tennis courts are also available within the Marina property.

Wonderful, spacious condo.

The location of the condo was perfect. Close to pool, pickleball courts, fitness club and marina. We rented a golf cart, which made it so easy to get around. Burnt Store Marina offers so much to do - entertainment nightly, trivia and bingo nights and golfing. We really lucked out getting this place. Still hoping to find a March rental for 2025 here.

Very nice, large and clean condo. Great location for activities including golf, pickleball and the pool being a few steps from the building. Owner was great to work with.

Peaceful Setting

You are set at ease upon entering this delightful living space. Lots of natural light and comfortable lanai that can be opened inviting a gentle breeze through the room. There's an elevator to this second story , but the stairs are easy. The grounds are immaculate, the pool is right next door. All of the folks I met in the complex or out walking were very friendly. PERFECT

The condo was perfect. Very comfortable and we'll equipped. The pool was steps away. Chris always answered your questions. Plenty of resturants and stores in the area. It was a great stay.
