Another great stay

Great house in great location. This is the 3rd time we have stayed and we will be back. The house is spacious and well set out with a great indoor pool. It is also very close to several lovely beaches. Kids and adults all well happy.

Loved Plouescat

First time in this part of Brittany and we loved the beaches, the food and the people. Serenity was fabulous. Perfect four our needs and for our dogs. The pool was especially popular

Family holiday

The property was perfect for a relaxing week with the family. 4 adults and 2 young children. The pool was utilised every day. The beds were very comfy. Showers were hot with good pressure. Parking for 2 cars. Living space was very comfortable. Location was ideal for popping into town or the beach. Garden is great for the kids to run around in. I couldn’t recommend the place highly enough. My family loved it.

Super séjour

Nous avons bien profité avec nos 3 petits enfants de la maison qui a tout ce qu'il faut pour un super séjour. La maison est vraiment trÚs belle et a du cachet avec un son espace extérieur dépaysant.Les enfants ont adoré la piscine et les ballades en vélo dans une région de toute beauté.Nous espérons y retourner et merci pour l accueil qui nous a été réservé par Thierry.

Un séjour parfait

Dés l'arrivée, nous nous sommes sentis comme "chez nous".La maison est trÚs agréable, on sent à la fois l'origine ancienne et les équipements plus récents, le tout dans une parfaite harmonie. L'espace à vivre est trÚs spacieux.Chacun avait sa chambre et les 2 salles de bain ont été bien utiles.Par ailleurs, la piscine fut trÚs utilisée (environ 3 fois par jour pour les jeunes) et une fois pour les moins jeunes...En bref, nous recommandons fortement ce merveilleux endroit, non loin de la mer et de ses superbes paysages.

A quiet two weeks on the northern coasts of brittany

The property was exceptionally clean for a rental, we did not need to do any additional cleaning on our arrival, as is necessary often with rental properties. The house is well equipped, everything needed was provided. Surely much appreciated by families will be the washing machine and the dryer. The pool is a little smaller than what we expected from the pictures, it was nice for a dip but is otherwise probably more interesting for children. A jaccuzzi would be a great addition to the pool-area, since the view from it across the large garden is really nice. You can see so much of the horizon. We didn't use them, but the owners provide guests with 5-6 bikes, that looked really proper, which is a great idea. The center of Plouescat is 5 minutes by car, probably 10 minutes by bike. The supermarket is also 5 minutes away. Otherwise we made little trips to the surroundings every other day and had a good time discovering Brest, Roscoff, Morlaix and we especially liked the couastline west of Brignogan-Plage. Thierry, who took care of the handover, was easy to reach and always replied very timely. All in all we had a wonderful two weeks here. Thank you!

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem sehr liebevoll eingerichteten und charmanten Landhaus

Das wunderschöne Landhaus ist sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet. Dank des gemĂŒtlichen Wohnzimmers, der großen WohnkĂŒche sowie des wunderbar warmen Pools hat uns das unbestĂ€ndige Wetter auch rein gar nichts ausgemacht. Auch ist das Haus fĂŒr ein Ferienhaus hervorragend ausgestattet. Es fehlt eigentlich an nichts. Die Betten sind bei Ankunft bereits bezogen, HandtĂŒcher sind ausreichend da und selbst Holz fĂŒr den kleinen Kaminofen im Wohnzimmer liegt bereit. Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Der riesige Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Das GrundstĂŒck selbst ist sehr ruhig gelegen und nicht einsehbar. Vom KĂŒchentisch aus kann man morgens die Bussarde beim Jagen im angrenzenden Feld beobachten. FĂŒr AusflĂŒge nach Plouescat und die nĂ€here Nachbarschaft stehen reichlich sehr gute FahrrĂ€der zur VerfĂŒgung. Weitere wunderbare StrĂ€nde, KĂŒstenwanderwege und StĂ€dte sind unter 30 Min. Fahrzeit mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Anmietung und Übergabe war ganz unkompliziert. Vorab beantwortete Herr Nedelec geduldig alle unseren Fragen und vor Ort wurden wir herzlich von Thierry im Empfang genommen, der uns auch jederzeit wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes zur VerfĂŒgung stand. FĂŒr Naturliebhaber und diejenigen, die einen ruhigen Urlaub genießen möchten, ist dieses herrliche Ferienhaus genau das Richtige. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können es nur weiterempfehlen! Merci beaucoup, famille Nedelec. Nous aimerions revenir!

Traumhaus

Das charaktervolle Haus, der Pool und der riesige Garten sind ein Traum. Wir reisten zu viert (Eltern und zwei Jungs, 15 und 18 Jahre) mit zwei Hunden fĂŒr zwei Wochen an, die Grosseltern besuchten uns fĂŒr einige Tage. Wir waren das fĂŒnfte mal in der FinistĂšre, aber das erste mal in Plouescat. Wir genossen die tolle WohnkĂŒche und das gemĂŒtliche Wohnzimmer bei Sturm und verbrachten die sonnigen Stunden beim Baden im warmen Pool, bei Ballspielen im Garten und natĂŒrlich beim Golfen. Die Umgebung bewanderten wir nach einer kurzen Autofahrt, da das Spazieren bei den vielen Wachhunden nicht entspannend war. Nach den wenigen Minuten Autofahrt trafen wir in verschiedensten Richtungen auf wundervollste Natur, wo wir stundenlang spazieren konnten. Die FahrrĂ€der sind tipptopp. Plouescat ist sehr hĂŒbsch - es beinhaltet auch praktische GeschĂ€fte wie leckere BĂ€ckereien, Spar, Apotheke, CrĂȘperie etc. DafĂŒr, dass das Haus doch sehr teuer ist, sind ein paar Dinge ausbaufĂ€hig. TV funktionierte kaum, wir empfingen nicht mal die Tour de France. WLAN ist so schwach und langsam (0.8 Mbps), dass wir Pakete mit unbegrenzten Daten kaufen „mussten“. Von der KĂŒchenabdeckung löst sich der Lack, was sie unhygienisch und gruslig klebrig macht. Geschirr voller Hicke, Bratpfannen total abgenutzt. Duschhahn defekt. Haus ist im vorderen Bereich nicht - wie beschrieben - durchgehend eingezĂ€unt. Bei allen Hasen und Katzen ums Haus ist das wichtig zu wissen. Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt sehr!

Ein sehr schönes Haus und der Pool ist super vor allem wenn das Wetter bretonische ist. Die Lage ist toll da man mit dem Auto oder Rad schnell an unterschiedlichen StrĂ€nden und anderen Orten ist. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und spontan verlĂ€ngert. Thierry kĂŒmmert sich vor Ort sehr gut um alles und ist immer ansprechbar.
