Stunning Place! Beautiful House&Garden

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this beautiful holiday home. The location is stunning, offering peace and tranquility that allowed us to fully relax and unwind. The house itself is creatively and tastefully decorated, which made us feel right at home. Everything was perfectly clean and all the amenities we needed were readily available. Thank you for providing such a lovely space—we truly enjoyed our stay!

Wunderschönes Häuschen

Wir waren 2 Wochen mit der Familie im Haus "Casa Alice" Bei der Ankunft wurden wir von der ganzen Familie sehr freundlich und mit einem Aperitif empfangen. Das Haus ist urig aber mit sehr viel liebe im Detail eingerichtet... Es hat 3 Bäder und viel Platz für 2 Familien. Der Pool war sowohl für die Kinder als auch für die Erwachsenen ein Highlight. Die Hausbesitzer Luca und seine Frau sind sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie waren mind. 2-3 mal die Woche da um nach dem Pool zu schauen. Einziger Nachteil: das Haus ist sehr abgelegen in mitten von Olivendünen. Man braucht immer das Auto. Die nächstgelegene größere Stadt ist mind. ca.30 min. entfernt. Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit Liebe zum Detail. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der Familie mit einem kleinen Aperitif und Sekt empfangen.

Urlaubswoche in der Toskana

Wir hatten einen entspannten Aufenthalt in einem wirklich sehr schönen, sehr gut gepflegten Haus mit kompletter Ausstattung, riesigem Außengelände und kleinem aber ausreichendem Pool. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer es sehr ruhig mag, ist hier an der richtigen Adresse. Einkaufen ist zwar nur mit dem Auto möglich, man fährt allerdings auch nur 10 Minuten bis zum Supermarkt. Nach Lucca sind es ca 20 Minuten, nach Pisa ca 40.

Ferienoase mitten in der Natur

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit insgesamt 3 Ehepaaren im stilvoll eingerichteten und mit modernen Bädern ausgestatteten Häuschen sehr genossen. Die Gestaltung des Ferienhauses ist in den Innenräumen noch schöner als auf den Fotos zu erkennen ist. Das Grundstück ist außerordentlich schön gelegen und mit Olivenbäumen umgeben. Wir nutzten noch im September ausgiebig den von Luca regelmäßig gepflegten Pool und den Außensitzplatz bis in die späten Abendstunden. Kleinere Abstriche könnte man nur für die stellenweise schwierige Anfahrt mit größeren Fahrzeugen und die zum Teil etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Poolliegen machen. Wir bedanken uns bei den netten Vermietern für den freundlichen Empfang und einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in ihrem schönen Domizil.

Jolie expérience en toscane

La maison est très bien située entre la côte et les belles villes de Lucca, Florence ou Pise. Elle se trouve dans un petit hameau au milieu des oliviers avec une vue sur les collines. La piscine et les extérieurs sont très agréables. La maison est bien équipée et tout est très propre. L’accueil a été très agréable.

Wunderbarer Toskana-Urlaub

Das schöne Haus und große Grundstück mit tollem Pool sind einzigartig schön, mitten im Olivenhain gelegen, mit wunderbarem Ausblick. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, das war Toskana pur - vielen Dank an Maria und ihre Familie!

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage - einfach traumhaft

Wir haben unseren Urlaub als Familie dort sehr genossen. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Pool ist wunderschön im Garten gelegen. Der Garten und das Haus sind sehr gepflegt und der Pool wird 2x pro Woche gereinigt. Auf der überdachten Terasse hat man einen wünderschönen Blick ins Tal. Die Natur und die Ruhe sind traumhaft. Die Ausflugsziele sind gut erreichbar; Lucca (20 Min.), Strand bei Viareggio/Torre del Lago (30 Min.), Pisa (40 Min.), Florenz (90 Min.). Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind in 5-10 Minuten schnell erreichbar (Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Post,...). Der Kontakt zur Familie Leboffe ist sehr herzlich und zur Begrüßung gab es einen kleinen Snack. Sie sind sehr hilfsbereit bei Fragen oder wenn mal ein kleines Problem auftaucht, kümmern sie sich umgehend. Wir können das Haus ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen!

Erholung und wunderbare Erlebnisse im Einklang

Die Lage: 15 Autominuten vom schönen Lucca, 40 Autominuten von wundervollen Stränden, 1,5 Stunden bis Florenz, ebenso in die Apuanischen Alpen bei Carrara, La Spezia und die Chinque Terre in Ligurien ebenso. DAS nenne ich mal eine Lage. Zumal absolute Ruhe, toskanische Idylle, ein (wirklich nur ein) nettes Lokal fußläufig, ein guter Supermarkt in weniger als 10 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ausstattung: es fehlt an Nichts. Alles ist liebevoll hergerichtet, eine hübsche Mischung aus ein bisschen Antik und neu (Duschen), überall persönliche Sachen, Bildbände, Reiseführer etc. Ein grandioser Frühstücks- und Abendessenplatz (toller Blick ins grüne Tal). Überhaupt das Grün! Olivenhain rundum, Glühwürmchen am Abend, einfach traumhaft. Der Pool: sehr schön gelegen, zur Abkühlung ausreichend, zum Schwimmen etwas klein und mit 1,20 m auch recht flach, sauber (wird regelmäßig gereinigt, kein Poolroboter). Die Besitzer: einmal zum Anfang ein herzliches Hallo der gefühlt kompletten Familie, incl. frischer Früchte, feinen Keksen und einem Glas Prosecco. Klasse! Kritikpunkte: der Wasserdruck ist mäßig, wenn mehr als eine Dusche in Betrieb geht, kann man von Druck eigentlich überhaupt nicht mehr sprechen. Trotz Gas dauert es zum Erhitzen von Wasser gefühlt eine kleine Ewigkeit. Das ist aber auch schon Alles an kleinen Kritikpunkten. Fazit: Bestnote und eine volle Empfehlung für dieses wunderbare Ferienhaus!!!

Fantastic - repeat family stay at this brilliant property

We last stayed here in 2017 and were looking for somewhere we knew would be good for a post-pandemic travel restriction week in the sun - we were not disappointed. Maria Cristina and Luca are fantastic hosts, their property is beautiful and secluded and there is much to do in the area (Lucca, Pisa, Florence all within easy driving distance)...or you can just enjoy soak up the calming atmosphere by the pool! Children (17 and 16) thought it was great (again) too. Very many thanks for a special week.

Magnifique propriété avec piscine

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans la maison qui est très belle et extrêmement pratique. La piscine est magnifique et très bien entretenue, et le patio attenant à une vue superbe. Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par Maria Cristina et Luca avec un verre de bienvenue. Lucques est a 15 mins et est magnifique.

Great Location, very nice landlords

We stayed at Casa Alice for a week and were completely thrilled. The house is surrounded by an olive grove and the whole property is very well maintained. The pool is very clean and there are enough sun loungers to relax. Under the pergola you can eat and have an aperitif even in hot weather. The whole house is lovingly furnished and very clean. We were personally and warmly welcomed and invited for a glass of prosecco by the landlords. This was a great way to start our holiday. The sea and cities like Lucca and Pisa are within short driving distance. And dogs are also allowed on the property. We had a very nice stay and can only highly recommend this location.

Charming house in the hills

We stayed at Villa Alice for 6 weeks in mid June to the end of July and it was a great house to settle into and visit the surrounding area. We hosted some family and friends and it worked out great. We spent many evenings outdoors enjoying the scenery and gardens and we used the grill and pool often. The surroundings are beautiful, peaceful and we went on many walks up the mountain in the mornings. Maria, Luca and their daughter, are very receptive and kind. The house is very authentic and decorated tastefully. We had a fantastic stay!
