A wonderful screened front porch allows a limited water view of the intercoastal to watch the boats go by. Bedroom one - queen size bed. Bedroom two - queen size bed. Bedroom three - 2 twins. Also brand new Queen pullout couch in living room and queen blowup mattress for extra sleeping. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Fully furnished with all the comforts of home. 55' Flat screen in living room and in one bedroom. 20' Flat screen TV in master. High speed internet. Games to keep everyone happy. Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher and all appliances. Washer and Dryer. Fully stocked with linens and soap, shampoo, etc. Covered carport with picnic table and gas grill. Cornhole to play while your grilling! For the beach - Beach Chairs, Beach Cart, (a Must) Beach Towels, Beach Umbrellas, Skim Board, Boogie Boards, Rafts, Beach toys, Coolers. Everything you need for a day at the beach! Very flexible on days.

Attractions - Beautiful white sand beach is a 5 minute walk away. Fishing off a pier in the park a block away. Beach trolley on Gulf Boulevard, 2 blocks from house which can take you anywhere you would like to go along the beach, from Clearwater to Treasure Island, home of Johns Pass Village, a quaint waterfront area of shops, restaurants, and fishing charters. Also restaurants and shopping in walking distance of house. Miniature golf about a mile away. See Winter the Dolphin at the Clearwater Aquarium. Great rental home

Our stay at this home was fantastic. The house perfectly suited our needs, was extremely clean and comfortable and was a very close walk to the beach which was not over crowded. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. The neighbors were welcoming and friendly. The owners are easy to work with and accommodating. We would definitely recommend others to stay and would come back again when we are in the area.

Can't wait to go back

We have rented in this area a few times but this was the first time renting this house. We loved it. Everything was new and clean. The owners were very easy to work with. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. We really felt at home and not at a rental place. Definitely going to return.
