Premium apartment in quiet street in central Tel Aviv

The apartment is having it all: In the very city center within walking distance to all sightsseing highlights as well as to the beaches it is located in a quiet street (the ongoing construction works for the light railway train cannot be heard) being the perfect place for relaxation and vacation. The apartment is absolutely clean, equipped with well-functioning air condition and everything you need for a short or longer stay. Its terrace is simply outstanding and a guarantee for an unforgettable time. Last not least, Vera is an excellent host. She prepares the apartment wonderfully fine and gives her guests a feeling of being home directly from arrival. Moreover, she knows how to provide helpful advice but also respects her guests' privacy. Thank you for making the stay so special!

Thoughtful Hospitality

The evening my husband and I arrived, the temperature in Tel Aviv was an unusual 100 degrees. Vera greeted us with enthusiasm and an unexpected but much appreciated supply of eggs, salad, bread, fresh fruit, sparkling water, and a chilled bottle of rosé. Her hospitality made our stay even more special than it would have been anyway on a historic street just a short walk from Carmel Market, a supermarket, a great bakery for croissants, and, most important, Geula Beach. The large open plan space came with a well-equipped kitchen, plenty of storage, excellent shower, and comfortable bed. We ate breakfast on the large terrace with a view of bougainvillea across the street and the Mediterranean in the distance. Responsive to all requests and a delightful resource, Vera even operated a hoist to painlessly lift and lower our luggage.

Deranged host

We had booked this unit for 30 days. We tried to communicate with the host about our check in without any response. When we arrived we found that somebody was already in residence at the apartment. One of the other people in the building gave us the host telephone number, and when we contacted her, she berated us and told us that the apartment was not available and not to bother her.Fortunately, Vrbo, we’re very understanding, and we were able to transfer to a reservation which walls as advertised.

As Usual An Excellent Stay At Vera's!

This is the 3rd year in a row that we have stayed at Vera's 'Roof Top Apartment.' It really is the perfect place to 'chill out' and literally do nothing! If you need anything Vera is on hand to help you with local knowledge about the area around Bialik Street. It's such a pleasure to have a choice to have a day on the terrace or go to the beach. The apartment has lost none of its appeal to us over the last 3 years and Vera is always looking to improve. We were so very pleased to see her roof garden grow since last year and it's a pleasure to water when the sun had gone down! Another nice surprise is that there's no immediate need to run out on arrival to the nearest supermarket as Vera will have left you something to eat and drink. The apartment is well equipped with Satellite TV and Wi-Fi and everything you need in the kitchen too! Already we are looking forward to our visit next year for more lazy days on the terrace! Beautiful, quiet, and great location!

We stayed around two weeks and don't have a bad thing to say about the apartment. It's renovated, designed, and well kept. Mittendrin statt nur dabei, zentrale, aber ruhige Lage Nachdem wir es versĂ€umt hatten uns schon vom Flughafen aus zu melden verlief unser erstes Zusammentreffen etwas holprig. Die Koffer folgten uns ĂŒber eine Seilwinde in die sehr einladende Wohnung, in der uns eine Grundausstattung mit Lebensmitteln (Obst, Wasser, Brot, Feigenmarmelade, Aufschnitt, Kaffee) erwartete. Wir verabredeten uns dann fĂŒr das Cafe Bialik wo wir Vera bei einem ersten Goldstar besser kennen lernen durften und schĂ€tzen lernten. Sie hat uns dann an die Hand genommen und uns die Gegend gezeigt und uns die ersten Tipps Rund um das Essen / Trinken / Einkaufen gegeben. In der Zwischenzeit hat sie uns kurzfristig noch einen Parkplatz in der NĂ€he besorgt, was von unschĂ€tzbaren Wert war. Dank der zentralen Lage war vieles fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar (Strand ca. 10 Minuten; Carmel Market 5 Minuten; Hafen am Strand entlang ca. 1 Stunde; Jaffa am Strand entlang ca. 45 Minuten) und am Abend konnte man auf der gerĂ€umigen Dachterasse den Abend bei einem tollen Panorama ausklingen lassen. Vera war stets fĂŒr uns da, um uns zu unterstĂŒtzen ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein – Vielen Dank fĂŒr einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Tel Aviv wĂ€hrend des ESC Toda Vera 👍

We can’t say enough about how much we loved our stay in Vera’s lovely apartment. Situated on a historic, quiet, and centrally located block, the apartment was decorated with beautiful items from around the world. The kitchen was equipped down to the smallest detail. Bed was so comfortable and the whole place was spotlessly clean. An added bonus was a stocked refrigerator! The large roof top terrace where we spent much time was filled with flowers and even had a view of the sea. Vera is great. She takes pride in this apartment and her hospitality. We felt at home!

Lage, Ausstattung - alles ist perfekt

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, frisch renoviert und sehr geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattet. Alles, was man braucht war da. Sogar Kaffee, Tee, Milch, Butter, KÀse, Obst, Joghurt, Brot, Oliven und Mineralwasser warteten schon auf uns. Das Bett war brandneu und sehr bequem so dass wir herrlich geschlafen haben. Von der wunderschönen und sehr gerÀumigen Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist mittendrin und wohnt trotzdem in einer schönen ruhigen Strasse. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es jede Menge Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Carmel Market ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt, innerhalb von ein paar Minuten ist man am Strand. Die Vermieterin ist extrem aufmerksam und hilfsbereit und hat uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Danke, liebe Vera. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

A little gem in Bialik

I have always use my home away from home for my vacation rentals. This apartment is the most organized, clean, charming and practical, in an amazing location. Vera the owner was so attentive to us, she made our experience in tel aviv much better. We were a day late due to a passport issue and as we arrived, Vera had supplied fruits, snacks, juices, etc. It was an amazing gesture from her, as we are traveling with our six year old daughter and it would have been hectic to go and do groceries immediately after arriving. I now have a new friend and great place to rent in tel aviv when we visit the family. Can't say enough about the beauty, comfort and the practicality of this apartment. Le cadre idéal pour découvrir Tel Aviv

Nous avons passĂ© 10 jours dans l’appartement de Vera, Ă  3 (couple + notre fille de 4 ans). Selon moi cette location est simplement exceptionnelle, pour plusieurs raisons qui s’additionnent. D'abord l’appartement en lui-mĂȘme : parfaitement conforme aux photos, lumineux, bien agencĂ©, dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t, il offre tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin en termes d’équipements, du lave-linge Ă  l’internet sans fil en passant par le nĂ©cessaire de cuisine ou les serviettes de bain, et bien sĂ»r diffĂ©rents guides et cartes pour dĂ©couvrir la ville et IsraĂ«l. Et puis cette grande terrasse, avec la vue sur la mer, qui conviendra aux amateurs de bains de soleil comme Ă  ceux qui prĂ©fĂšrent un peu d’ombre, avec les stores de chaque cĂŽtĂ©. Rien que cette terrasse fait dĂ©jĂ  de cette location un superbe endroit pour se dĂ©tendre. Personnellement je me suis rarement senti aussi bien dans une location de vacances. En plus, mĂȘme si l’appartement est au dernier Ă©tage sans ascenseur, Vera a installĂ© un mini monte-charge pour ne pas avoir Ă  porter les gros bagages dans l’escalier ! Ensuite la rue Bialik. Un simple coup d’Ɠil par la terrasse en arrivant vous fera comprendre pourquoi les musĂ©es ne sont pas la seule raison qui explique que cette rue apparaisse si souvent dans les guides de visite de Tel Aviv. Un vrai bonheur, avec ses maisons restaurĂ©es, la vĂ©gĂ©tation aussi bien dans la rue que sur les balcons, la place et la fontaine aux nĂ©nuphars au bout de la rue, et le cafĂ©-restaurant Ă  l’autre bout
 TroisiĂšme point : la localisation, qui permet d’accĂ©der Ă  pied Ă  de nombreux points d’intĂ©rĂȘt : Ă  5 min du shouk HaCarmel, du dĂ©but de la rue Sheinkin, ou du square G Meir ; Ă  10-15 minutes de Neve Tsedek, de Rothschild Blvd. Et puis Ă  moins de 10 min Ă  pied d’une des fantastiques plages de Tel Aviv. Et pour ceux qui souhaitent aller plus loin pas de problĂšme : Ă  3 min Ă  pied, sur Allenby, passent de nombreuses lignes de bus et minibus pour se rendre ailleurs dans Tel Aviv ou en IsraĂ«l. Dernier point qui fait que cet appartement est exceptionnel : Vera elle-mĂȘme. Tellement sympathique et avenante, toujours prĂȘte Ă  nous aider et Ă  nous conseiller de bonnes adresses. Elle avait par exemple prĂ©parĂ© pour notre venue un tableau et des craies pour notre fille. Je ne peux pas tout dire ici, mais sachez que si vous choisissez cette location pour vos vacances Ă  Tel Aviv, vous rencontrerez quelqu’un de formidable. Bref : hautement recommandĂ©, nous-mĂȘmes y retournerons dĂšs que possible !

On retournera chez Vera

Ces vacances ont été parfaites. Vera est plus qu'une hÎte, c'est une conseillÚre, un guide. Son accueil est chaleureux et sa disponibilité efficace. Nous avons été reçu comme des rois. L'appartement est trÚs bien situé, à 500m de la mer, proche des petits commerces, du centre commercial de Dizengoff et du marché Carmel trÚs animé. Nous avons apprécié la proximité des bars, des restaurants ou plus simplement des minibus pour nous déplacer. De plus nous n'avons manqué de rien au niveau de l'équipement. Tout y est. Une chose est sûre nous retournerons en Israël et notamment chez Vera.

Tout était parfait ! Le studio meublé avec goût et sa magnifique terrasse, en plein centre de Tel Aviv et à proximité du marché Carmel, l'accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire soucieuse de bien faire, le calme des lieux. J'y ai séjourné avec mon fils de douze ans qui a lui aussi beaucoup apprécié. Ajoutons aussi un bon rapport qualité-prix. Bref, une adresse que je vous recommande sans hésiter.

Une location exceptionnel...

Une location exceptionnelle avec un accueil des plus chaleureux. Tout y est pour que vos vacances se déroulent a merveille. Un trÚs joli appartement conforme aux photos, équipé de tous ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin, une superbe terrasse ou l'on peux se prélasser au soleil toute la journée et partager un apéritif avec des amis. La plage a 7 minutes a pied et une propriétaire ( Véra ) attentionnée qui vous conseillera ou aller diner autour de la location. Un lieu que l'on a kiffé et ou l'on retournera surement pour nos prochaines vacances en Israel. Nous vous le recommandons vivement. Eric et Alice

"Wir hatten einen Spitzen...

"Wir hatten einen Spitzenaufenthalt in der Wohnung, sie ist wunderschön eingerichtet mit riesiger Terrasse. Es wurde an alles und noch mehr gedacht; FrĂŒchte, Brot, Salat, Joghurt, KĂ€se, etwas KonfitĂŒreĂ€hnliches und noch mehr hat die Vermieterin bereits fĂŒr uns bereitgestellt, die KĂŒche ist mit allen erdenklichen KĂŒchenutensilien ausgestattet (z.B. Mikrowelle, Toaster, SpĂŒlmittel, frischer Schwamm, Handseife neben SpĂŒlbecken etc.). Im Bad war Haar- und Körpershampoo bereits vorhanden sowie Handseife und Toilettenpapie zu genĂŒge. Viele frische HandtĂŒcher sowie BodentĂŒcher befinden sich in der Wohnung sowie sogar BadtĂŒcher fĂŒr Strandbesuche sowie Badtasche. Es befinden sich verschiedenste ReisefĂŒhrer sowie Prospekte zu verschiedenen Stadtteilen Tel Avivs oder auch zu anderen StĂ€dten Israels wie Jerusalem etc. in der Wohnung, konnten diese sehr gut gebrauchen. Dies um nur einige Beispiele zu nennen - es ist wirklich an jedes erdenkliche Detail gedacht und noch mehr! Die Vermieterin ist sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, man kann sie jederzeit anrufen und sie gibt auch Tipps zu Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, beste Reisetage etc. Man merkt richtig, dass sie Spass hat an dem, was sie tut und fĂŒhlt sich dadurch sehr willkommen und wie zuhause. Sehr lustig ist der "Seillift" fĂŒr die Koffer, auf jeden Fall ein Erlebnis! Parkplatz ist möglich beim Nachbarn gegen GebĂŒhr, man soll die Vermieterin jedoch zuvor kontaktieren wegen Reservation. Die Wohnung ist an einer Toplage, sehr zentral gelegen und doch ruhig, nur wenige Meter von einer der Hauptstrassen, Allenby. Dort gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Essen (Restaurants, Supermarkt, der rund um die Uhr offen hat oder auch Pizza zum Mitnehmen etc.), Kleider), Restaurants etc. Die Sheinkin Strasse mit vielen GeschĂ€ften und Ausgangsmöglichkeiten befindet sich ca. 5min entfernt, an derselben Kreuzung ist jeden Tag der Carmel Markt (Essen, Kleidung etc.). Der Strand befindet sich auch 5-10min zu Fuss entfernt. Es ist alles sehr leicht zu finden. Von der Umgebung her also auch spitze, wenn wir wieder nach Tel Aviv gehen, wĂŒrden wir von der Lage her genau gleich wĂ€hlen, von der Wohnung her sowieso! Wir reisen viel und waren i.d.R. immer zufrieden, diese Unterkunft toppt jedoch alles, da einfach wirklich mit Liebe und Leidenschaft an jedes Detail gedacht wurde und man mit offenen Armen empfangen wird. Wir wĂŒrden sofort wiederkommen."

We are travelling a lot, ...

We are travelling a lot, however this is the first time in our life we would like to come back to a place immediately! What a gorgeous luxury appartment,spacious, quiet and relaxed, however in the middle of everything you would like to see in Tel Aviv at walking distance. Vera made us feel at home from the very first moment with a fantastic welcome package even including a bottle of champagne for New Year`s Eve. We have never seen a place before that was furnished with such love and passion for details like Vera`s place. By the way -life in Tel Aviv is completely normal at the moment and there is no need to be afraid of anything. Go ahead and enjoy sun, sea view and stylish surroundings right away at the Bialik roof top penthouse! Either single, couple or parents with child- the place is just ideal!

"Vera''s appartment is located on the rooftop of a beautiful historic house in a calm side street in the city center of TA. Everything you need to visit/ to try out / to buy is reachable within walking distance: Carmel market, the beaches, museums, cafés, Bauhaus villas... Moreover, in this spacious flat with its wonderful roof terrace you feel home at once: hide away in the tastefully furnished living and bath room, enjoy watching the sun set and the swallows while hunting flies - with a good glass of wine. You will enjoy Vera''s attention to detail, ranging from any kind of kitchen equipment (blender!) to colourful porcelain and knives, stylish towels, African sculptures to a fridge filled with tasty drinks/food since you arrived on Shabbat and might not be able to shop. Vera created a real home in Israel for us with providing lots of information, tips and hints on how to make the best of 1 week in Israel. Thank you so much, Vera!"

"Appartement trÚs agréable et trÚs bien placé, autant pour visiter la ville de Tel Aviv comme pour le charme du quartier. Sachez, néanmoins, que les frais de PayPal seront à votre compte. Par contre, et cela est bien agréable, la propriétaire vous fait confiance et ne demande pas de caution. Un appartement vivement recommendable surtout tenant compte qu''à Tel Aviv les hÎtels sont toujours chers et pas toujours de qualité."

"In der Wohung haben wir ...

"In der Wohung haben wir 13 NĂ€chte zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit verbracht. Die Lage nahe am Meer und der GeschĂ€fte, die Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit und vor allem die Freundlichkeit der Vermieterin haben dazu beigetragen, dass unser Aufenthalt in Tel Aviv sehr gelungen war. Das gemĂŒtliche 2-Zimmner-Appartment ist ideal fĂŒr zwei Personen. Der grĂ¶ĂŸte Pluspunkt ist die Dachterrasse, auf der wir,nach Sonne und WĂ€rme durstenden WesteuropĂ€er, die meiste Zeit vebracht haben. Vera, die einen Stockwerk tiefer wohnt, ist stets um ihre GĂ€ste bemĂŒht (ihr "Willkommen-Kuchen" hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt), bleibt dabei aber diskret und achtet darauf, dass sie die PrivatsphĂ€re ihrer Untermieter nicht stört. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock, es gibt keinen Aufzug (die Koffer werden ĂŒber einen Seil hochgezogen, was sehr lustig aussah) - eine gute tĂ€gliche Übung fĂŒr die Beine. Das Bialik-CafĂ© an der Ecke scheint ein In-Treffpunkt der jungen Leute und KĂŒnstler zu sein, wir saßen dort auch hĂ€ufig und lauschten den live-Auftritten der Bands. Danke fĂŒr alles, liebe Vera."

"Un appartement trÚs bien situé et ayant une atmosphÚre trÚs agréable. La terrasse donne la possibilité de profiter un maximum du beau temps et du soleil. Vera est une personne exceptionnelle et trÚs sympathique, elle reste trÚs disponible et peut vous assister si vous avez besoin d''informations. "l appartement est trÚs propre, peinture refaite et impeccable, tout l'équipement se trouve dans l'appartement,la vue est imprenable et il est trÚs bien situé, face à la mer et prÚs de de tous les commerces. la propriétaire vous accueille avec un grand sourire, le frigidaire rempli et boissons fraiches à votre disposition. l'appartement est décoré avec gout et la terrasse est le must de cette location. Tt est la pour que vous passiez un superbe séjour."

the Belissa family who gave me a bad review were cheating about all: they booked for 2 guests and were 4 guests: refused to pay addition and left my place very dirty and left the AC working all day when they left to beach: they were terrible guests and this is my only bad experience with this kind of people in 10 years!
most of my guests are very nice and honest therefore i have 5 stars reviews from them about my lux beautiful place and my hospitality.
