Real countryside, just a stone throw away from the Soca river. Our guests have discount for all adrenalin sports and white water sports at Sport agenyc Maya Tolmin. In wintertime you can enjoy skiing in ski resort Kanin and Cerkno (30 min drive).
A modern apartment house, summer garden, picnic place with kitchen, vegetable garden, parking spaces, store-room, children playground.
Apartment has Sat-TV, wireless internet, LCD TV, DVD. Kitchen has dish washing machine, Electric Hobb Cooker, oven, fridgefreezer. Room has twin beds, children beds are optional with no extra charge.

Perfect place for a couples stay

Katja’s place was perfectly centrally located in the Soca Valley between Tolmin and Kobarid, It allowed easy access to all of the different rivers my wife and I wanted to fish. We would definitely book again.

Alles bestens....

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche hier verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir waren sehr um die Klimaanlage. Sehr schöne Terrasse.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt war sehr entspannend. Viele Aktivitäten, wie Wandern, Radfahren und Wasseraktivitäten sind möglich. Küche gut ausgestattet und sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieter. Kleines Manko, falls man sehr geräuschempfindlich ist, man hört etwas das Rauschen einer Bundestrasse, uns hat es nicht weiter beeinträchtigt.

Natur pur

An unserem ersten Tag hatten wir eine Autopanne in Österreich und mussten auf ein Ersatzfahrzeug warten, das heißt wir sind sehr spät in unsere Unterkunft gelangt! Katja war so lieb und hat uns den Schlüssel am ausgemachten Ort hinterlegt! Katja begrüßte uns somit am Folgetag! Die Wohnung haben wir sehr sauber vorgefunden und die schöne Terrasse war unser Lieblingsplatz! Auch hat es alles Notwendige in der Küche wie in der Beschreibung!Die Lage der Wohnung ist fabelhaft, Natur pur und die Soca wirklich nur ein Steinwurf entfernt! Unbedingt Badesachen mitnehmen! Ein Auto ist vom Vorteil, allein schon zum Einkaufen! Danke Katja für alles!

Sauberes, gemütliches und empfehlenswertes Apartment

Wir waren zu viert (2 Erwachsene, 2 Jugendliche) in Volarje, das Apartment ist für vier Personen ausreichend, zu zweit gut geeignet. Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich, alle notwendigen Dinge sind vor Ort, die Außenanlagen mit Grill und Terassen waren sehr schön. Katja war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, es wurden uns, dankenswerterweise 2Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt. Eier und Wein sind vor Ort zu erwerben und von hervorragender Qualität. Die Lage ist nahe der Soca zwischen Tolmin und Kobarid, sehr ruhig, für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gut geeignet.Es war ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt. Danke an die Gastgeber .

Ländliche Einsamkeit...

...wer das liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Freundlich empfangen, durch die Vermieter, die eine tolle Wohnung bereitstellen. Abgeschieden, doch mit dem Auto ist man in 15 Minuten in Kobarid oder Tolmin, mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich sportlich zu betätigen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

tolle Wohnung in atemberaubender Landschaft

Tolle Lage für alle erdenklichen Freizeitaktivitäten wie Rafting, Wandern, Biken, Canyoning usw. Außerdem ist man in 2 Stunden sowohl in Ljubliana als auch an der Adria-Küste. Die Serpentinen-Straßen sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wir wurden herzlich von dem Vater der Vermieterin begrüßt. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

The hospitality from the family make you feel as home. The apartment provides in everything and the extra garden has a trampoline what was very Nice for my children. The Soca valley is beatiful! You can make a lot of walks to falls or gorges. We had a Great holiday here!

Modern, sauber, ruhig, gastfreundlich

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, alles notwendige an Ausstattung ist vorhanden. Man spürt die Gastfreundschaft in Details, so standen frische Blumen auf dem Tisch und das Satelliten-Fernsehen war auf die Sprache der Gäste bereits eingestellt. Die Sauberkeit ist positiv aufgefallen. Die freilaufenden Hunde in der Nachbarschaft sind der einzige Punkt, der uns zögern lässt, nochmals hierhin zu reisen, aber wenn man keine Angst vor ihnen hat, kann die Unterkunft empfohlen werden.
