Super apartment in the heart of downtown CASABLANCA
Super spacious apartment (140m2) in the center of Casablanca, on boulevard Zerktouni. Apartment in a new building. Building located in a secure and quiet residential area.
Apartment near 4 large super market: (Marjane, Acima, Carrefour The nearest super market is 150m from the apartment and the farthest is 900m.
The apartment is equipped with 3 balconies, one in the living room, one in the kitchen and one in the master bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom fitted with a shower. Sheets and towel provided.
The apartment is 2km from Ain Diab the cornice, we are close to the most famous Souk, close to the Casablanca stock exchange and therefore the Tram line. 10 minutes from the Twin center, and 10 minutes by tram from the Morroco Mall.

Formidable séjour très belle appartement
Nous avons passée un merveilleux séjours dans un quartier résidentiel idéalement situé admirable et très sécurisé surveillance 24/24 nous avons été reçu dans une ambiance familiale pour la visite du quartier puis de l'appartement celui-ci est vraiment très propre et soignée rapport qualité prix des meilleurs vue sur un site nous avions l'impression d'être chez nous îl ne manquer rien pour notre confort nous avions un guide admirablement serviable et dispo chaque jours le propriétaire également veillez à notre confort depuis Paris la caution demander été très faible au vue de l'électroménager qui équipe l'appartement le seul petit souci 3 jours de dépression à notre arrivée en France (rire) je recommande vivement cette appartement à tout mes proches et amies et personnes souhaitant passer un agréable séjours les propriétaires semblent être une très bonne familles c'est un plaisir de poster ce commentaire ma seul attente repartir à Casablanca

Excellent séjour dans un appartement irréprochable
J'ai séjourner dans ce magnifique appartement situé en plein centre ville de Casablanca, magnifique résidence dans quartier très calme, immeuble récent et sécurisé. Jai apprécié ce séjour car j'étais situé vraiment en plein centre de Casablanca, tout près de centre commerciaux et de magasins comme pour faire ses courses à Carrefour (300m) de la résidence, ou pour du shopping prêt du twin center avec les magasins comme mango zara etc, 2 macdo 1kfc et de très bon restaurant à proximité également, autre point positif le personnel de la résidence étais très aimable et agréable, très serviable et disponible à toute heure, toutes les chaînes câblés de France inclus (Canal +) etc, l'appartement est très spacieux et très propre, et bonne décoration, enfin bref je le recommande fortement au futur locataires. Et merci à Mr Mehdi qui a était serviable avec moi du début à la fin. Je reviendrai sans hésitez.

Property is dated and smelly.
Property was dated and smelly, the property is listed as Three bedroom but in fact is Two bedroom and two reception room property. Property listing is not correct and I would not recommend this property.

Bonjour j'ai parlé avec ce monsieur au téléphone , il m'a demandé combien de chambres, je lui est dit que tous est indiquer sur le site Homelidays , il m'a dit ok je le loue , il c'est présenté à l'appartement lui et 2 personnes comme indiqué sur le site, il on passer 2 nuits et la 3 nuits il sont rentré avec plusieurs personnes pas très sérieux et l'a le gardien de nuit a refuser l'accès aux personnes qui étaient avec eux au moins 5 personnes vraiment pas sérieuse ,il ont pas respecté le voisinage

Location à ne pas rater, excelent appartement
Nous avons passer un excellent séjour, appartement spacieux et très bien situer, à 2 pas du centre ville, voisinage très agréable ainsi que le propriétaire et le gardien de l'immeuble, toujours à notre service, location à ne pas rater.
