Facing south west with a beautiful view of the mountains (Cirque du Lys), the chalet located 500 m from the cable cars and 700 m from the town center, has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, well equipped with oven, oven- microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, flat screen TV, separate toilet, balcony and private parking. Cauterets is a spa resort which allows you to practice alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, as well as numerous mountain walks.

Bien situé, près de toutes les commodités, belle vue, environnement calme, facilité de stationnement grâce à un emplacement réservé, très appréciable.Le bémol pour nous: loué successivement sans nettoyage digne de ce nom, en fonction des prédécesseurs... (je ne liste pas les taches ménagères effectuées après l'entrée dans les lieux pour rendre le chalet propre).Les propriétaires ne sont probablement pas venus depuis un certain temps et la conciergerie sensée vérifier entre les locataires a été négligente. En espérant que cela ne se reproduise pas pour les prochains arrivants. Cette location reste tout de même agréable.

Au début du séjour, nous avons demandé si l’option « ménage de l’appartement » était disponible, réponse négative de la part d’Abritel. Nous arrivons dans l’appartement avec des taches dans plusieurs parties du logement. A la fin du séjour, une fois rentrés à notre domicile, 40€ ont été prélevés car le ménage n’était apparement pas correct. Des photos de l’état de l’appartement ont été envoyés. Taches dans des endroits inutilisés ont été trouvés (sans doutes par les anciens locataires) ainsi que des cheveux voir poils. ARNAQUE de la part d’Abritel !! A fuir !!

Je suis désolée de l'expérience que vous avez vécu mais c'est la première fois que l'agence qui assure la remise des clés et l'état des lieux nous signale un problème et assure d'office un ménage . Nous sommes en effet très soucieux de la propreté de l'appartement. Nous vous avons contacté personnellemt pour vous évoquer ce problème et bien que vous ayez contesté que le ménage n'avait pas été fait correctement, vous ne vous êtes pas opposé au prélèvement du coût du ménage sur la caution. Je précise que Abritel n'est en rien concerné par ce problème.

logement très bien équipé, un peu à l'écart du centre ville mais on s'y rend à pied sans difficulté. Un bémol si tous les 2 logements jouxtant celui occupé sont loués au niveau de l'insonorisation. Le logement juste à côté vide, le troisième occupé, nous entendions les gens parler.

Très bon rapport qualité prix

Un joli duplex avec de bons équipements et de l'espace pour 4 personnes. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants, nous avons profité du pont d'Espagne et de Cauterets. Le parking permet de ne pas avoir à chercher où se garer et il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer un repas. Je conseille fortement.

Séjour cauterets

Le chalet est très sympa et bien équipé. Un peu loin des télécabines enfin c'est surtout quil y a une grande montée pour accéder au chalet. Mais sinon c'était un agréable séjour.
