Managed directly by the owner, the apartment is in an ancient, quiet street in the historic centre of Florence, between Piazza San Marco and San Lorenzo central market. It can be easily reached by a short walk from Santa Maria Novella railway station. The apartment is carefully furnished with all comfort that will allow you to spend a very relaxing holiday in Florence. . It can easily hold up to 5 people. Smart TV 40" with Netflix , Prime and Disney+ , air conditioning, dishwashing, washing machine, unlimited High Speed Internet access.
Cars ar enot encouraged. Anywy, if you plan to arrive by car, note that the apartement is inside the ZTL and you need to park the car in a garage ( Parking Parterre at 900 m or Garage Luna at 450 m)

Property was great. Very clean and accurate to its pictures. Elisabetta was a great host. Very centrally located in Florence and a short walk to all the major attractions. Some great restaurants in the area that are very close to the apartment. My wife and I had a great time and we would stay here again when we return to Florence.

Just wonderful!

Beautifully comfortable and all niceties provided. Everything one would need for a great vacation stay. Elisabetta is such a welcoming hostess and goes the extra mile to make her guests comfortable. The very best HomeAway property I've ever stayed in.

Elisabetta gave us a little map marked with exactly how to get from the train station to the apartment. She and her husband were there to greet us and show us how everything worked, and she provided us with a map, restaurants and a complete book of anything a traveler might need. The apartment was light and bright with everything you could want. We had a wonderful stay in Florence and highly recommend a stay in this lovely apartment!
