We offer a unique location above the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio, facing the sea

A Villa Duplex (F5-6) spacious air-conditioned 150 m2 with heated and secured swimming pool for 8-10 people, facing south.
The pool is shared however it is very little occupied by the neighborhood so it's almost as if it were private.
Rental from SATURDAY to SATURDAY.

Large living room of 55 m2 overlooking the pool with panoramic views of the Corsican maquis and the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio, satellite TV area, DVD player, Hifi ...
Have lunch or dinner on the terrace with barbecue side maquis

La villa est très bien, l’accueil parfait et la vue magnifique !! Toutefois, il faut préciser clairement sur l'annonce que la piscine est partagée, cet important détail ne doit pas figurer dans la rubrique "voir tous les équipement " puisque que ce n'en est pas un et en plus en bas de page !! d'autant que les nombreuses photos ne montre jamais les logements accolés donnant sur la piscine.

Sehr schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht

Wir waren die letzte September Woche in dem Haus. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei unsere Ankunft waren wir allerdings ein wenig erstaunt und überrascht da an dem Haus noch weitere Appartements anschließen was uns auf den Bildern nicht ersichtlich war. D.h. der Pool steht nicht nur der Villa zur Verfügung sondern auch den Anderen Appartements ist also ein Gemeinschaftspool. Dies ist bei der Beschreibung des Objekts und auf den Fotos unserem Empfinden nach nicht ersichtlich weshalb es hierfür einen Punkt Abzug gibt. Aber alles in allem ein sehr schönes Objekt das man empfehlen kann.

Wonderful week spent with extended family in a group of 10 (plus dog). Very comfortable and clean villa, with views of surrounding hills and glimpses of the sea. We really appreciated the help from our very welcoming host. Couldn't ask for better!

LA CORSE EST MAGIQUE

La villa est très belle et correspond aux photos. Calme et vue superbe. Petits cadeaux de bienvenue bien agréables. Conseils remarquables pour les visites. Semaine de rêve car la piscine est chauffée et nettoyée chaque matin. Aucune mauvaise surprise, à refaire !

Très belles vacances, une villa superbe

La maison était très propre et bien entretenue. Tout était parfaitement conforme à la description et aux photos. Une vue de rêve, une grande piscine et un calme relaxant. Bien située et proche de tout. Le propriétaire nous a dispensé des conseils précieux pour les activités et les bons restaurants. Nous recommandons l'endroit et aussi ce coin de l'Extrême Sud de la Corse. Les enfants sont repartis avec des étoiles plein les yeux.

Excellent séjour à la Villa U Sognu. Le cadre est exceptionnel, calme et proche de tout à la fois. Une réception chaleureuse, on se sent attendu... Le panier d'accueil est bien rempli et très apprécié en arrivant. La maison est parfaite. Le propriétaire est discret et d'une grande gentillesse. Nous recommandons sans réticence aucune.

Fantastic Villa

The villa was exactly as described, with plenty of space for our family of 8. Eve was a very welcoming host and even sourced a buggy for us to use while we were there. With terraces at the front and back of the property you could eat there with a spectacular view every day. You'll need a hire car to get around as it's about a 45 minute walk to the main town of Porto Vecchio. Loved the pool- it was the highlight for the kids! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Sehr schönes sauberes und gepflegtes Haus mit ansprechendem Interieur, in dem wir uns sofort willkommen und wohlgefühlt haben. Der Vermieter hat immer wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw. und steht für Fragen stets zur Verfügung. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und man kann abends wunderbar draußen grillen und am Pool sitzen. Die verschiedensten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt. In der Umgebung gibt es viele tolle Strände, die in kurzer Zeit und am besten mit dem Auto, Fahrrad, Roller erreichbar sind. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub!

Accueil du propriétaire très agréable, prévenant et attentif. Cadre et vue sur la mer, splendide. Endroit calme mais proche du centre. Villa spacieuse et lumineuse, bien équipée. Grande terrasse, tout pour bien se détendre, sans oublier la piscine.

Belle semaine passée!

La maison que nous avons loué était spacieuse pour nous (9 personnes). Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison simple mais pratique pour visiter les environs. La piscine est a partager mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé plus que ça, les autres touristes étant sympas.Très près des belles plages. Nous voulons remercier Yves pour sa disponibilité et discrétion! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!

The place to be... Belle villa avec tout ce qu'il fallait pour se sentir comme à la maison. La vue sur la mer est superbe, la maison est très confortable, le coin est calme, entouré de verdure, tout est conforme à ce qui est décrit. La grande piscine chauffée est un vrai bonheur. Et puis l’accueil est vraiment exceptionnel. Merci et bravo pour ces belles vacances !
