Country house.

Country house in the Cathar country in the heart of a vineyard, in a quiet area, yet 5mns from Limoux* and close to the city of Carcassonne. If you come when it's warm you can enjoy a large cool house, a summer dining room with a barbecue overlooking a large secure swimming pool (12X7) and a large garden of 20000 m2 with a swing for the children. If you decide to come when the weather is not so hot, a large fireplace and a wood burner will allow you to make nice flambées, you can make many walks in the heart of the Cathar country, the tracks of the Pyrenees that you can see from the garden, are only 60Kms away. Summer or winter, you should have a great holiday with your family or friends.

Cleaning is not included in the price (a fixed fee of 50€ for the cleaning lady to be paid on site)

The heating will be paid according to your consumption; if it is not too cold, and you are reasonable, it is necessary to count 40€ (you will make the point with the housekeeper) You can also perhaps not to heat at this period.

Sheets and towels are not included and you can of course take your own if you wish.
The price for sheets is 80 euros for 12 people and 40 euros for 6 people. For towels (1 large and 1 small per person), the price is 15 euros for 6 people and 25 euros for 12 people. To be paid to the cleaning lady when leaving.

A small part of the house (north side) is occupied by a couple.
We may never see each other in 15 days! Your accommodation is totally independent and the swimming pool is private for you too. This does not create any inconvenience because you are in the southern part.

Linen rental possible on request with additional costs.

The charges are to be added in winter (heating); in summer the charges are included.
Wood for the fireplace and cleaning is included in the price
