Family room with 48' flat screen, wireless internet, direct TV, phone with unlimited US, large laundry room with washer, dryer. Close to all amenities, walking distance from Beardsley Rec Center. Golf cart available for rent. Wonderful covered rear patio provides the perfect spot for relaxing and entertaining around the large pool. Very private large backyard. Everything here to provide for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Minutes away from Spring training ballparks, shopping, and restaurants.

Convenient Location, Clean property

Rented property close to my in-laws. The house was clean and had a well appointed kitchen. The property was older, but everything worked great and was very comfortable. The pool was clean and overall we had a very good experience.

Sun City West Bliss!

We love staying at this beautiful house when we come to SCW. Everything is just perfect… from the pool, to the use of a golf cart, to the roomy space! The owner is so helpful and does everything to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you so much!!!

Sun City West

Loved our stay, it was close to other family members staying in Sun City West. Had a great time. I thought the pool was heated but it wasn’t. The first two weeks of our stay the weather was really hot so the pool felt good. We couldn’t use the pool the last week as the water was too cold. The house was comfortable & I would stay there again. The floors could use a good scrubbing as my white socks were dirty. Loved the outdoor space, Had a great trip!

Great Location

Great property location for golf and recreation center. Kathy was very gracious but not real easy to contact. She was ill and this absence left us without support for Internet. Back yard property was not clean due to high winds. I contacted Kathy and she had little or no desire to clean it. Therefore, the only thing we used it the backyard was the barbecue grill. I had to clean the grill and purchase propane too. The kitchen was very stocked and functional. The couch was very used and broken down in the TV room. I would need some assurances about cleanliness from Kathy before I would consider this property for a future rental.

Amigo vacation

The house was as described. It’s location was quiet and convenient. The house was well equipped and the host responded to questions during our stay. The pool was very nice especially in a hot day. A lovely spot.

Spectacular home

This was our 2nd time to rent this beautiful home. We truly love staying here when we come to visit our brother who lives in SCW. Having a private pool and access to a golf cart is just wonderful. Great for visiting Sun City West relatives!

This is just what the family needed for our AZ vacation. Close to family, wonderful private pool and all the amenities we needed in the house. Rental of the golf cart was an added bonus. Owner was quick to reply when we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place

Came out for my son’s baseball tournament and loved the house and the very relaxed community. The house had a ton of space and the pool was perfect. Kathy also couldn’t have been better with anything we needed. We will be coming back!

Great Choice!

We stayed at this home for six nights while our teen son was playing in a baseball tournament. The house was very clean and extremely comfortable. Everything we needed was right there. The pool was comfortable and clean. Beds were very comfortable. We had plenty of room. Kathy was extremely responsive! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Loved the separate living areas. It made it nice to have family in the different areas. Only draw back is the master bedroom bathroom shower take a very long time to get hot water. I waited over 5 minutes to get hot water.

My sister and I stayed at this beautiful home for several days while visiting our brother in SCW. Everything about this house was perfect!
