Maison très claire aux pièces bien distribuées, dans laquelle on peut vivre à dix sans se gêner. Literie excellente. Beaucoup de charme. Site exceptionnel, deux grandes terrasses et grand terrain dégagé autour de la maison; Accès à pied facile par le sentier côtier aux plages, celle balnéaire du Val André et celles sauvages des vallées et du Nantois. Proximité en voiture des commerces. Seuls points faibles : l'installation électrique vétuste à mettre en conformité aux normes de sécurité et l'équipement électro-ménager fatigué (en majorité). Noter aussi que cette villégiature est réservée à ceux qui peuvent ou veulent se mettre en vacances de la Wifi ...

En plus des qualités déjà indiquées, nous tenons à souligner la grande qualité de la literie, le charme et l''élégance de la pièce à vivre, et une situation exceptionnelle en ce qu''elle permet de gagner le centre à pied très facilement et agréablement par le sentier des douaniers en quelques minutes, et d''être parfaitement à l''écart de l''agitation dans la propriété face à la mer.
