I propose my family property, with swimming pool and large garden for holidays with family or friends in the capital of Penthièvre, on the edge of the famous Emerald Coast.

Above the town, on the site of the old Lamballe castle, facing the 11th century collegiate church, this 19th century house with a surface area of over 660 m2.

You will enjoy the large swimming pool (6m x 12m), heated from mid-June until the end of September.

From November until mid-April, heating is included, but be careful with a good sweater when the days and nights are cool !

There are many activities nearby:
On the sea side, the famous port of Dahouet as well as the seaside resort of Val André are 10 minutes away by car. In 30 minutes you will visit Dinard or Saint Lunaire while going for a walk in Saint Malo, or further west the pretty town of Saint-Quay-Portrieux
On the land side, you can visit the Lamballe stud farm, the medieval town of Moncontour, the fortified castle of Bienassis in Erquy or the characterful town of Jugon-Les-Lacs.
By moving a little further away you can visit Mont Saint Michel, the Monts d'Arée, and the superb coast of Finistère.
