Jederzeit gerne wieder !
Super nettes Apartement in erster Reihe zum Strand der Costa Caparica. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war perfekt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sonst war auch alles vorhanden was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt. Seitlich vom Balkon (Wintergarten) kann man auf das Meer und die Wellen blicken. Shops und Läden sind direkt um die Ecke. Beim nächsten Surfstop in Lissabon werde ich sicher wieder vorbeischauen. Danke nochmals!

Praktisches Apartement in Strandnähe
Wir kamen zu zweit, um eine Woche Atlantikstrand mit Lissabon-Nähe zu genießen - das ging perfekt. Das Apartement hat ein Fenster nach Osten und den kleinen Wintergarten nach Nordwesten, es bleibt also über den Tag vergleichsweise kühl. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, zu zweit hat man gut Platz (zu viert dürfte es etwas knapp werden). Der Strand ist sehr nah, man kann also auch einfach mal kurz für eine halbe Stunde ans Wasser. Zum Haus gehören ausreichend reservierte Parkplätze, sodass man den Mietwagen umsonst ganz in der Nähe abstellen kann. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Caparica, in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Nach Lissabon mit dem Auto in 20 Minuten, man kann aber auch mit den Fähren von Cascais (nach Lissabon Centrum) oder Trafaria (nach Belem) sehr schön übersetzen. Sobald wir Zeit haben kommen wir gerne wieder!

Excelentes férias
Passamos cinco excelentes dias neste apartamento. Tudo corresponde às imagens anunciadas, apartamento muito bem equipado, limpeza do melhor e numa excelente localização. Só atravessar a estrada e estamos na praia, tudo muito perto e de fácil acesso (bares, cafés, restaurantes...). Apartamente calmo e sossegado. Foi sem dúvida uma grande experiência, para repetir.

Schöne FeWo
Eine schöne FeWo, die wir sauber vorfanden und alles enthält was man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist unglaublich herzlich: Obwohl unser Flug verspätet war, und ich kein Handyempfang hatte, hat sie mit selbstgemachtem Gebäck auf uns gewartet. Die Wohnung selbst ist praktisch am Strand von Caparica. Es sind immer genügend Parkplätze an der Straße vorm Haus. In 400 m Entfernung ist auch ein kleiner Supermarkt (Mini Preco). Lissabon erreicht man in 22 KM. Alles in allem kann ich die Wohnung empfehlen. Ein Punkt Abzug gibt es für den dunklen Hausflur, sowie für die mit Graffitti bemahlten Hauswände (ist aber überall in Portugal der Fall) und für die vielen Hochhäuser, die die Aussicht fast völlig versperrten. Auch haben wir einen Ofen oder Mikrowelle mit Grill/Backfunktion vermisst (Pizza konnten wir nicht machen).

Uma magnifica semana de férias, 2014.
Apartamento acolhedor, confortável, bem equipado, calmo, sem ruídos e a limpeza é notória . O acesso à praia e bares situados à beira-mar é óptimo e rápido, mesmo em frente. Este alojamento recomenda-se. Ainda a referir a simpatia e disponibilidade da proprietária D. Maria Lurdes. Experiência a repetir sem dúvida.

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung an den tollsten Stränden
Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt nur wenige Meter von den besten Stränden der Costa Caparica entfernt. Auch Lissabon ist schnell zu erreichen. Vielen Dank noch einmal - es war alles sehr gut.

FE'RIAS MAGNIFICAS!
Passamos umas belas férias neste apartamento, sentimo-nos verdadeiramente como em casa. O apartamento tem todas as comodidades necessàrias,é muito bem equipado, inclusivel electrodomésticos, muito limpo e também fàcil de limpar. Tem-se uma bela vista sobre a praia. E' um prédio muito tranquilo, sem ruidos e também muito limpo. Fica em frente da praia, é so' atravessar a rua. Na praia, pelas tardes pode-se assistir a' chegada dos parcos da pesca, inclusivamente comprar o peixe ainda vivo! A Sra. D. Lurdes é uma pessoa encantadora e muito prestàvel para ajudar no que for necessa'rio. Recomendo vivamente este apartamento.

Appartamento molto accogliente, e confortevole.
Abbiamo, soggiornato per dieci giorni in questo appartamento, e devo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene. La signora Lourdes ci ha accolto in una maniera meravigliosa e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra, l'appartamento è adatto per 4 persone, tutto ristrutturato da poco ed è al 5 piano di una palazzina, con ascensore, che guarda direttamente la spiaggia in cui si possono ammirare meravigliosi tramonti, a pochi chilometri da Lisbona, lo si può usare come base di appoggio per visitare tutta la zona: Lisbona, Sintra, Cascais, Estoril, e meravigliose spiagge, come il portinho da Arrabida, la penisola di Troja, e Cabo da Roca. L'appartamento, code di tutti i confort, dalla lavatrice, all'asse da stiro, macchina per il caffe e bollitore per l'acqua, unica nota forse negativa, la TV che non ha una vasta scelta di canali, ma la TV credo non abbia molta importanza in vacanza. Do 5 stelle, perché ripeto, ci siamo trovati molto bene, ed è stata una vacanza indimenticabile.

Very lovely and cozy apartment
This apartment is very lovely, cozy with all accommodations and close to the beach (100 m app.). furthermore next to teh building there are cafés, shops etc ... We spent a nice time there. The Owner is very nice person too!

"Apartamento acolhedor, confortável e bem equipado. É um apartamento com muita luz e com espaços muito agradáveis, desde o quarto à "salinha de estar" de onde se tem vista do mar. Prédio calmo e sem ruídos, o que possibilita uns dias tranquilos, propício ao descanso. A limpeza é notória no apartamento e também no prédio.
